So i was here about a couple of weeks ago i showed up to the restaurant like at 10:50pm (they closed at 12am on that day) it took like almost 2 minutes for someone to notice me because they were busy doing the final cleanup and when i finally get received and im walking towards the table these 2 employees started arguing back and forth about not sitting me, my spouse and my 8 month old son in that area because one of the employees has already cleaned so me and my family had to stay in the middl of that which wasnt something i liked. We were being a little rushed to order then when i ordered i was offer a promotion they had with the margaritas which i went ahead and ordered one and our food. I ordered baby ribs which i never got a bone plate for, a little after the same 2 employees from the beginning started going back and forth (pretty mad both pf them) about something with the ice or soea that had to be dumped and they were literally doing that in front of my table now after working a 14 hrs shift (which is why i went here in first place) how do you expect me to enjoy my dinner with my family when 2 people are arguing back and forth? AND theres more to the story, i asked for a cup of water which I NEVER got and i would have been okay with it IF waitress were busy but there was nobody there, she was literally just standing up by the bar. At the end when i got my reciept the margarita was twice the price i was told. After all this i had to call the manager and complain which at the end he ended up reimbursing my money but still i didnt care about the money, i was there to have a good time with my family which i couldnt have. Read moreMy husband and I were excited to order Applebee's for dinner today through Door Dash. He was looking forward to the wing deal with a burger and I am almost 9 months pregnant and was excited for something specific I wanted for dinner tonight. I ordered at 4:00pm. When it was past the time for our order's estimated delivery it showed our dasher was still waiting at the restaurant. Then we hear from the dasher that they said the restaurant told them someone else had already picked up our order. I contact Door Dash support and they tell us that Applebee's refuses to remake our order that was obviously not being given to us. I called the Applebee's and spoke with the manager and she refused to remake it and said we would have to ask Door Dash for a refund and reorder the food through the app (which would then add an additional hour to 2 hours to waiting for food because it was now almost 6pm, 2 hours after we originally ordered). She also said we could instead come pick up the food ourselves and they would remake it free of charge. So, we would have to drive 20-30 minutes ourselves to pick up the food when we had ordered it for delivery (so again adding another hour to getting our food we ordered hours ago)? And if they would remake it for us to pick it up, why would they not remake it to have our correct dasher pick it up? This has been the most frustrating experience for us today and just shows a complete lack of care for Applebee's customers. Yes, I am disappointed with Door Dash's service as well, but we have choices about where we want to eat in the future and what food we order from Door Dash. Read moreCame to this location just for something simple after a long day at work. We should have gone elsewhere. First it took 10 minutes to be seated. There was only one waitress and the bartender when we walked in. We were greeted finally by another waitress who said she'd be with us in a moment. It took another few minutes before who I believe was the manager came and sat us. Same waitress who stated she'd seat us shortly was also our waitress. Wish we had been sat elsewhere. We ordered our drinks, appetizer and our dinner altogether. She didn't write anything down and had to come over a few minutes later to ask again. We never got the appetizer we asked for, only our meal. I got the new chicken and sausage penne while my fiance got boneless wings and fries. Both dishes were cold and honestly gross. The wings were overcooked and hard. The only thing that was remotely okay were the fries but were cold too. My peach tea tasted only of peach syrup and left a nasty aftertaste and the outside of the glass was gritty and seemed unclean. We barely got checked on. The waitress had no focus at all and seemed a bit out of it for a lack of better terms. We could hear others in our section asking the same waitress for things and they were constantly forgotten. I didn't finish my pasta and asked for a box prior to paying the bill. Waited over 15 minutes and it never came. We paid the bill and left. We weren't going to wait anymore. The waitress couldn't seem to finish one table before starting another. Other tables who had different waitresses didn't seem to have much of an issue.
