I arrived at 8:18 p.m. Saturday night. There were 5 or 6 customers waiting for pizzas they had already ordered, and a few seated in the dining room. I inquired as to the existence of a "ready to go" Hawaiian pizza, there were none. I asked what was there "ready to go"? There was only a cheese pizza made an hour ago, nothing else. I said "how long for a Hawaiian"? The cashier looked back into the kitchen toward the almost completely empty double stack of conveyor ovens and replied, or should I say "lied" "about 6 minutes". I said O.K. and added a garlic bread to this order. As I waited, I struck up a conversation with the customers who had been there before I arrived. Two of the men were Catholic school basketball coaches who had phoned in their order and had already been waiting half an hour. Their pizzas, about 6 to 8 of them arrived about 25 minutes after I arrived, which would have put them waiting over an hour from ordering. In the mean time, they had called to Chick-Fil-A to inquire about other arrangements, as they were tempted to leave. Two other Ladies, who had also phoned in their orders and were told that their pizzas would be ready in one minute, prior to my arrival, sat and waited 40 minutes until they requested a refund. Processing their refund took an additional 5 minutes. Another customer, who looked semi-homeless, had ordered and paid cash for a single pepperoni pizza while we were waiting, was also told 6 or 7 minutes. But after having waited 20 plus minutes with the rest of us, requested his money back at the same time. My Pizza and garlic bread arrived 30 minutes after I ordered it, at approximately the same time the ladies finally got their refund and were denied the corporate phone number to make a complaint. I will never be back; and I am pretty sure the Pious X basketball team as well as the two other ladies will never be back either. Also, the pizza was mediocre and I threw out the worthless...

$126 order when adding in the door dash expenses. Called since we didn't have any dipping sauces for a large order of wings. Phone rep said they can't add ranch to the order. Pennies for this company to include refused on such a large order is bad business. On top of mediocre pizza. Easy fix to an already so so brand and quality of food. "Hey no problem we will throw in a couple ranches". At a cost to us never utilizing there late night heartburn again, Big Daddy's will ever be exactly what they are. Substandard pizza and services. 2 Stars is only due to being honest about the offerings. Late night only choice at times. So luckily for them, or 1 star would have easily been left.
I love writing good reviews. These just leave me scratching my head to how little decisions go along way in customer loyalty and return. Two ranches? If your model doesn't bend to customer needs "at times", you're not a food and beverage customer oriented service... But more of a "eat it" as is and enjoy or not, we really don't care. We already have your monies." We always have our standout group of late home drunks to keep us a float type of oriented pizza company.
Still awaiting this order. May have to break out my lab tools to make sure there's no hidden surprises if my review is found before delivery. ✌️
I literally could drive through any nearby open fastfood place and ask for ranch without an order and it would most likely be filled. But you know these are billion dollar national entities. Read moreI cant believe how rude they are ,they dont care about their customer service, I waited over 3 hours tonight for 2 shakes and 2 2 liters and after 2 hours and 45 mins I call to check the status of my order and I get put on hold for 20 minutes so I call back and a manager answers I explained what is going on and he tells me that hes sorry there is nothing he can do for me and that my order wasn't put into the system then lied about who took my order and said they were training a trainee and then my order got deleted and he couldn't deliver my order that the people who ordered after me are more important, my husband frustrated speaking in the background about how this isn't the first time we've had issues and he's sick of it and he hangs up on me so my husband calls back and asks him why he hung up on me he lies again and says I don't remember that so he asks for the owners number and name and he gives us a false number and name of the owner . This us very frustrating and you cannot find any other numbers for any headquarters or corporate office so I guess OSHA and the BBB will be hearing from me since they cannot give me a valid...
