"Fifty six percent of transgender youth reported a previous suicide attempt and 86% reported suicidality(intense suicidal thoughts." these are the kids that transphobes are hurting, and trans/allies are trying so hard to protect.

Had to call and pretend to be someone else to get the managers name cuz no one in the store would tell me their names.

no. trans people aren't going anywhere. your biased, uninformed, unjustified hate is the problem, and we will never stop calling it out. cuz standing up for a trans person anywhere is standing up for trans people everywhere. every time a transphobe realizes that the person they're trying to bully into hating themselves loves themselves and will not take the hate silently, every time a person decides to righteously defend a trans person who is being harassed, every time a transphobe is silenced, every time a trans person feels supported, visible, and comfortable in their skin, another trans kid gets a chance at a world where they will be accepted and loved regardless of how they need to express themselves.

Drive the extra distance to the next location. Ordered with I guess the lady in charge for the day. I don’t want to call her a manager, she was rude and honestly didn’t really have customer service etiquette at all. 2 coffees which were correct. Then ordered a tasty turkey sandwich and an Asiago bagel with bacon and cheese, toasted. Ended up getting the person in the drive thru’s order. Then proceeded to get our order which included an extra plain Asiago bagel. I was very confused and asked for clarification on the two bagels. They ended up throwing both away (one of which was correct I was just very thrown off by the other bagel) and they remade it. Which the cheese was COLD and there was an aggressively excessive amount of cold crispy bacon on the sandwich. When I had asked if I was charged for the extra bagel I was told no by two other employees, then the lady who originally took my order, came out to also assure me I wasn’t charged for anything extra. I asked for a receipt and she printed one and immediately handed it to me. You’ll never guess what was on there. An additional plain Asiago bagel!! She didn’t even look at it before handing me the receipt and telling me again I wasn’t charged anything more. I handed it back and asked why there was then two on there. Got cash refunded. They weren’t apologetic at all. With having working in the food industry for the better half of my career so far in life- this was ridiculous 🤣 now viewing the other reviews I wish I went to the other location!!! Today I took my mom here to get breakfast before work. We weren't acknowledged for about 5 minutes or so but we understood they were kind of busy. When the blonde girl came to the register to ask us if we been helped she had an attitude. We Lso noticed she was still wearing the gloves she was using to make people's food. While taking our order she was touching her headset and hair. After completing our order (not proving a reciept) we watched her start making our order with the same gloves on. I was completely grossed out. That my mom asked the lady to change her gloves. She rolled her eyes took off the gloves put new ones on without washing her hands. The instead of throwing the food away she touched. She completed our order and served us the food she was preparing before she changed her gloves. She also didn't make my sandwich correctly. $30 went down the trash because of the service and the disgusting intent to serve us "your headset. Your hair, your POS system. And attitude. I am a regular here but I no longer will be. Because I am absolutely disgusted that someone is okay with just serving and treating people like that. I'd ask for a refund, but I called the store and was hung up on, because...
