It is not that I dislike the place. The food wasn't really all that. In fact, I believe that the quality of the taco meat made me sick. I suppose there's a reason why the beef tacos are only $0.93 a piece. The chicken tacos were $2.80 a piece, something like that. The young lady that that I dealt with while making/placing my order was pleasant and nice. That does not change the fact that it took me 30 to 40 minutes to get my four taco order. The amount of time that I had to wait for my food did not make me feel like a customer that was appreciated. Especially when I noticed that there were people being served that came in and ordered after me. I was just some single man who ordered 4 tacos. The people that came in after me were families and they ordered more food.I suppose they could afford to lose my business; but not the family's. Thats probably why they got their food before I got mine. One would have thought that 4 beef tacos should have been easy to throw together. Taco shells, beef, cheese, tomato and maybe some lettuce. When they finally did make it; I saw them just throw it together real fast. they realized finally that I had been waiting for quite a while. summarize::: I personally will not go out of my way to eat at this place. Most likely I go out of my way to not eat at this place. Anyway make your own mind up. I've only had one experience at this place and that was it. Not the greatest first impression. Will I give them a second chance? The answer is of course. First impressions are not...

I have enjoyed coming to Taco Houses, in several locations in Lakewood, Denver, & our metropolis since 1977, when it was founded. The granddaughter and her husband own these two. They serve a rather large variety of foods at good prices, that have their own tastes, with both a salsas and a hot sauce, a red chili and a green chile, assorted dinner combinations, and many alacart items. None of the beans, rice, or other dishes have much salt. Only the green chili has too much fat, but a good group of tasty ingredients, with a bit of hotness. The other selections are all mild. Have you heard of Burradas? They make a burrada- which is their burrito with beef and beans, or just refried beans, covered with enchalada sauce. The burritos can be served plain, smothered green or red chili with or without lettuce or cheese. The cheese enchaladas can be served with or without minced onions, inside, outside, a little or a lot. We love the friends and family atmosphere, and enjoy the children who are welcome to have the same pleasant food and friendly atmosphere the parents do.

Years ago, my friend Tina! brought her 2 year old son, Christopher Joseph McSorely! for his first Mexican food, and loved it. Love and cheers to you and all...

I Love Love Love this place for one simple reason,The Employees!! They treat you with so much respect, tenderness, and care there.. They treat you like family, every time we left this place,I left with my heart feeling so brite and cared for.. I hardly have to ask for refills, they are on it making sure we need nothing, when asked for a to go box for my enchiladas, they put enchilada sauce in the box for us, every single one of their employees rock, they asked my boys if they ate their food and handed them quarters for candy from the machine, they gave them a bowl to put their candy in,they got us to go cups for our drinks n filled them for us..If other restaurants treated us like they do every time we went,I wouldn't have to think twice whether that is going to be the place we dine that night.. One girl has been there since I was younger, there's another female there was well who is so polite, always smiling,so full of life n very energetic, she makes my day brite, she makes me happy.. I love them like sincerely love them..Oh I guess I should talk a little bit about the food at least, its not bad,its what I've grown up on so I actually like it and crave...

I know I may be biased because I’ve been coming here for 39 years but this is my favorite restaurant of all time,I moved to Oklahoma 8 years ago and crave it everyday. I love everything here and all of the staff,my family knows the owners and we have felt like family with all of them for many many years. Their service is top notch and the staff is the friendliest people in the world. The enchiladas with extra onions,an order of tacos and a beef and bean burrito smothered delux is my go to but I also love the burrada and the soft tacos too. Can’t wait to see you all again soon. Love all you people there keeping it just like it’s always been!

Wadsworth boulevard Lakewood Colorado. Haven't been to this Taco House in a while I miss the old all you can eat I need to bring this back it was something pre-covid I was told by the guy who ran the Wadsworth Taco House that the more people that can bring it up to the owners it may come back. It might cost more because the cost of inflation and meet and everything else that has gone up in price. But it will be worth it I promise. This place used to be a great little spot for the homeless and for the seniors on Tuesdays. Better than that old Golden corral

This place has been a staple in the area for many decades, and with good reason. Good food, great prices and a super friendly staff too. dont go there expecting real mexican food (no pastor or lengua tacos on doubled soft corn tortillas) or anything fancy(youll never find the squid ink or local grown goat stuffed indide anyrhing here) - this is texmex like it was in the 80s. Beans, chicken, ground beef, cheese and salsa in soft and crunchy tortillas.plain, good, simple, friendly and cheap yummy comfort food
