No stars is not an option. We've now ordered 3 times from this Blackjack store and all 3 orders have been completely messed up. First of all, their website has pictures that do not show you what you're actually ordering. Second of all, they sent us a pizza with half cheese and sausage and half JUST sausage with absolutely NO cheese. Does this look like something I want to eat now? When I called to inquire about a refund because we aren't eating this pizza, the manager Mike didn't apologize, and then he told me to call back tomorrow to process a refund on my card. The second time I called, the staff that answered the phone (Matthew) had a very annoyed tone of voice when I asked for the manager (I imagine he rolled his eyes). This time they put Amber, another manager on the phone. She was at least nice to me and empathetic (customer service 101) and she listened to what I had to say and explained where I could have been mistaken (the website pictures). So then when I asked her to refund my card, she said their managers do not have access to web orders and cannot refund me. That's strange, right? You have at least two managers for a restaurant who can't access and process refunds after hours? Apparently not, apparently there's only one certain manager, who is not available after a certain time (I assume 5, since this happened around 7pm) to view online orders and refund customers. After being treated this way, and explaining that we don't want and won't eat this pizza, they still said call back tomorrow for a daytime manager and he will decide if he can refund your card. Read moreI am overly impressed and humbled by my must recent experience. This location has always been spot on with service and quality, but this last visit will stay with me forever. I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks yesterday, it was delivered fast and was delicious! I was working and on my phone upon delivery and accidentally tipped 100%+ coz I asked for the price of the pizza (rounded up) and paid with $100 bill. I didn't realize this until I was off the phone and he was long gone. I kicked myself a million times this morning, but shrugged it off because I "told" him the dollar amount I wanted back twice or more, no error on him what-so-ever!
MUCH to my surprise, Jackson returned tonight, out of the blue, saying that he did the math... brought back my change and wanted to alert me of this. Jackson is a young man, I would guess high school age, but I've never been good at guessing ages. I am BESIDE myself that he was SO honest and noble to come back when it was "my" error and could have just ignored it... He literally had to go out of his way to make this right in his mind. I'm EXTREMELY HUMBLED and proud of him! It literally made me tear up to know that there are great, honest people out there. To Blackjack: Honest employees are HARD to find. Jackson has blown my mind away. He's a really good, unique jewel that you have on your team. Please give him more kudos for me. I will be talking about this to my neighbors for some time to come. Read moreI have been going to this location since I was a kid, tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered the same thing over and over, know several of the staff, Several of the individuals who were working at the location this evening were rude and quite inconvenienced. When I told them, they made my order wrong. It was wrong because their website won’t allow you to do delivery and forces you to call in. If it was my error, I would own it, but because I have an allergy, and have to deal with a human. I repeat my order a couple times in order for them to make sure they And have them repeat it back to me. First time I received it, completely covered in the topping that I’m allergic to. Second time I receive it none of the toppings were even on the pizza, it looked like it was completely held sideways and had some of the things that are Originally not to be on there, that weren’t on the first pizza. Beware of the evening staff especially if you have an allergy, I rarely ordered during this time, it’s always screw it up, but never this bad.
