I have nothing terrible to say about my experience. I was disappointed ordering 2 teriyaki chicken with rice to go because when I arrived home I was searching for some teriyaki sauce to add to my dish only to find 2 packets of soy sauce. Why would you throw in soy sauce with teriyaki chicken? It's chicken, rice, and some veggies. Not super expensive ingredients. I believe the order came to approx a lil over $30. It's so unfortunate most businesses nowadays try to do the bare minimum nor do they truly value customers. To be fair this was my one and only experience with restaurant. Probably won't be back . Ordered this for dinner delivery so can't comment on the atmosphere or service but our food came quickly and was delicious. We ordered the spicy salmon poke bowl with some seaweed salad added. It was tasty and pleasantly spicy for a change. Generous portion with plenty of toppings so didn't add any extra outside of the seaweed salad. It came with fresh jalapeños, shredded carrots, lettuce, crab salad and edamame. We chose white rice as the option. We also ordered the Tonkatsu. Generous portion, lightly breaded and fried with sauce, white rice abs veggies. Finally we had an order of pan fried dumplings. There's a dearth of good Asian food on this side of Denver, so I was excited to see this place open.
We started with some gyoza, which were pretty standard, but the sauce was very good, some sort of soy sauce with a mix and a tiny bit of sweet in it.
I got a Beef Tenderloin hibachi, and she got the hibachi shrimp. Both were very delicious! Beef was nice and juicy and very well seasoned. The shrimp was also large and well seasoned, their special sauce also worked great with it.
Veggies were fresh and tasty. I also found out it's the same owner as Slamming Chicken, next door, so if you're a fan of that you'll probably enjoy this too, since both are high quality.
