Q)What brought you to Carl's Jr., Rodney? A)Rodney, knowing me, it was the coupons! The coupons were about to expire, so I came here clutching said coupons like a bank robber with Federal Reserve notes.

Q)What did you order? A)I used a coupon for BOGO Famous Stars, a coupon for BOGO Superstars (lettuce-wrapped) & a coupon for a $1.29 small side, of which I got the crisscut fries. The Stars (Famous & Super) tasted good like they always do, and the crisscut fries are tied with Arbys' curly fries as my favorite fast food fries.

Q)How was the service, Rodney? A)It was fine. Initially, my order was rung up w/o applying the coupons, and I informed the cashier the total wasn't right. He quickly corrected the mistake, and I had my food in no time.

Q)Another other thoughts to share? A)Yes, Rodney. This used to be a Carl's Jr./Green Burrito combo restaurant, but is now exclusively Carl's Jr. w/ a drive-thru. Parking is via a private lot .

Q)Do you recommend this Carl's Jr.? A)Being how the former nearest Carl's Jr. on South & Gridley closed up shop, this location is now the closest by default and with coupons received regularly through the mail, there's no doubt I'll be back. So, yeah, I recommend...

I give zero stars for this Carl's Jr. the people that work there are very rude and do not know what they're doing they barely understand your order.. the food I ordered was cold stale probably made the night before.. I will never ever go to this establishment again and I suggest you do not go there yourself. the soda that came with my food was stale or it was probably diet and I ordered regular. it's disappointing for the money they charge. and not to get what you expect. so I say again stay away from this Carl's Jr I'm not saying all Carl's juniors are bad I'm just saying this one is very disappointing.. don't waste your time and money go somewhere else !!! Always been coming here mornings and afternoons. Not that often we been coming here and after paying for my food we ask for ranch and they refuse to give us ranch. They claim to not have ranch whenever we asked. I wouldn’t have mind paying 50 cents for ranch. But they keep saying they don’t have any. I paid $30 for my food and they couldn’t at least give me some ranch. I understand they are saving it for their nuggets but I wouldn’t mind paying for extra.
