So a restaurant that really wants to deliver quality cares and goes the extra mileage to make changes to any poor service regardless if it applies to food directly or their customer service overall A little bit more than $50 was spend, just in breakfast The steak was ordered well done but not dry, but juicy Ended up getting a super dry steak hard to cut hard to chew worst part taste less no flavor whatsoever When complained to management, careless attitude, which was also the waitress, all they can say is sorry
How valuable is satisfaction to this restaurant, Why would customers need to pay for poor food quality lacking true passion for the art of cooking Didn’t offer a replacement for a well cooked steak to feel proud to consume, how many customers have to eat what their served because they don’t have a choice, because the restaurant lacks passion for there kitchen There egg has no flavor, no salt, Served from a box of liquid egg Hashbrowns, huge portion, all to waste, who wants to eat or take home any leftovers, taste less, flavorless, no salt whatsoever, just pure hashbrowns with oil, again, whats with that portion size if It’s all going to the trash, it’s all trash The waffle batter tasted, super sour, disgusting food… When brought up directly to management, all they can say is sorry you didn’t like our food. Have a good day and walked away. What A poor quality cook, What a poor quality restaurant with what they serve Customers do you really want to go eat at a restaurant that cooks and serves like this you’ll be better off eating what you cook at home right? Much better
Waitresses, seem unpleasant, rude, un patient, rushed, pushy to hurry up in your order, not to mention criticizing for the amount of food you’re ordering… Overall, I give it zero stars Very disappointing and typical restaurant that serves like the other that lack flavor , passion, and reflect money as the only thing they care about It just shows, and the restaurant is always going to be a reflection of management
Customers continue to look for quality food and restaurants that actually matter, and...
Read moreComing here, just after lunch on a Tuesday, the place was mostly empty. 3 tables. No wait.
I was a bit shocked by the prices, and took to reading reviews about portion sizes being rather generous. I feel that this business might fare better by offering a balance between cost and portion size. Maybe offering portions that one can finish at the restaurant and reduce the food costs to bring me back again? When I saw the breakfast burrito was $18, I was a little turned off.
Ordered an orange juice which came in a single rocks glass... Ok, 6-8oz of juice, and a coffee that was accompanied by a mini pitchure of cream. Almost as much cream as I had coffee 😄. I poured a small amount in and the rest will be thrown away. Food waste = money down the drain.
French toast came and it was huge. The syrup is corn syrup instead of real maple syrup, which is disappointing at these prices. The French toast was literally bread and eggs, perhaps I like the traditional sense which is eggs, little cream, some cinnamon, vanilla and touch of sugar (or maple syrup!) In the egg batter. Eggs were swimming in oil. Bacon crisp.
I ate half the French toast after the eggs and bacon. The rest was thrown out. I may or may not return.
To the owners:
Look at your plates as they return from tables. Are they not finishing? That's a sign of 1 of 2 things; portion size is too big or your food is terrible and just aren't saying so. Ask your customers for their opinions and make adjustments. Coffee creamer waste alone: 15 cents an ounce x 6 ounces is .93 cents of waste. If every table ordered 1 cup of coffee 50% of the time that's $45 of waste per day or upwards of $12,000 a year... of coffee creamer alone.
This kind of food is not meant to be "taken home". If people can not finish their meal here, reduce your portion sizes and perhaps your prices in-kind and you might save money and enable patrons to come back more often due to the reduced cost in an inflationary economy. You might even get to spend a little more on things like real maple syrup and make more money and your customers would have healthier...
Read moreThe only reason I am giving two stars is because of our lovely waitress.
We had a 12:30 reservation. Orders were placed about 12:55. We watched people come after us, and that had ordered after us, get their food and leave. We did not get our orders until sometime after 2:12, when we were all getting ready to walk out. Mind you, a mother and her two kids that were with us had just walked out 20 minutes before that due to they were so hungry.
We asked our waitress about our food and were told 10 more minutes. That was at 2PM. After 12 minutes were were ready to go.
As we were already standing and I was talking to a waitress, the assistant manager walks out and looks annoyed that we are leaving, with a plate in her hand. By this time the place is near empty. We were so hungry that we decided to stay, but we were not happy and planned to talk to the manager after.
When we advised we were ready to go, but first wanted to speak with the manager, apparently they were already expecting this, due to a snarky comment by the assistant manager to go and get the main manager. We asked the manager about comping our meals as we had waited so long and watched people come and go. She promptly advised she couldn't comp the entire table, but could give us all a 30% discount. By this time we were so tired and just over it, that we said fine.
I have been going here for years. I will now never go back and will make sure to let others know. Please believe me when I say, I do not like leaving bad reviews about places I love, but the way were were treated was abominable. We were only given an apology by our waitress who felt so bad I gave her a hug and told her don't worry.
There are definitely other places to hold meetings and be...
