This location is usually pretty fast & always polite & friendly. This is my go to for an iced coffee as an afternoon treat/pick me up. I think for the price, McDonald's coffee is every bit as good or better than Starbucks. Living on a fixed income, value is important to me. I can get my favorite large caramel iced coffee & pair it with a bag of 3 sugar cookies for $4. I'd pay that much (or more) at Starbucks just for the coffee by itself. One thing I really like about this location is if there are cars ahead of me in the drive thru line, they will bring my order to the payment window so I don't have to sit in line any longer than absolutely necessary. I was a customer service manager for 30+ years before becoming physically disabled & having to retire early. I appreciate when a business goes the extra mile to offer good service. This place is obviously owned/managed by personnel who understand the importance of how much just doing the little thing can effect a customer's visit and keep that customer coming back....
Read moreMy family and I recently visited this McDonald’s and placed our order through the app. When we arrived, I politely asked the manager if someone could clean the table, as it was dirty. After receiving our food, the manager unexpectedly and rather bluntly stated that our toddler had thrown up food on the floor. However, we had just gotten our food and hadn’t even started eating yet.
It felt unfair and uncomfortable to hear such a direct accusation, especially when there were already pieces of bread or food on the floor when we arrived. Instead of approaching the situation with kindness, common sense, or understanding that the mess may have been from a previous customer, the manager immediately pointed the finger at us — particularly our toddler.
This experience left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. As paying customers, we believe we should be treated with basic courtesy and care. I sincerely hope this manager reflects on how they speak to families and treats all guests with more kindness and professionalism...
Read moreOk, young dude taking orders... pay attention to exactly what the customer is saying they want to order. Theres no point in asking them if you are not listening. What good is it for either of you. Just ask them if they can hold on for just a min.. please. Then when you are done with the paying customer take the order. You seem new at that position. After a while youll get used to it and will find your way to optimize your performance. Fixing mistakes is costly and time consuming. Think about all the time and extra work you can save yourself if you just focused on each task individually. Doing 5 things at once and messing up half of them does nobody any good. Complete each task before moving onto the next. Fast food is fast because its a system of movements. Mess up one movement the the system fails and has to recover from it. Time and material should ways stay low as possible. But what the hell do I know. I install home automation and house music. Communication is key to winning...
