I thought they were a good place, but called them to let them know they charged me twice. Owner I presume was rude and accusatory, which made it hard for me to explain to him the situation. Instead he was yelling at me, wouldn’t let me speak until I raised my voice to get a word in because he wasn’t letting me finish. When I told him I got charged for someone else’s order and that I was looking at my charges online he still wouldn’t listen. He also purposely was speaking loudly and fast and wasn’t making any sense of he was saying. when he said I’ll give you your money back if I charged you twice which he did not but then said something how it was my fault not his. He wouldn’t give me my money back, and I won’t be coming back. Oh and they got part of my order wrong. So if you want to be ripped off this is the place for you. Seriously all he had to do was apologize and give me my money back. He didn’t have to be rude and didn’t have to raise his voice at me. I had to hang up because the conversation was going absolutely no where which is probably...

I hate to give negative reviews, and although I (use to) love their food and the convenience of them being super close to me....the last 3 times I have ordered, they did not include the egg roll in my combo meal (pretty much the purpose of ordering the combo meals is to get everything in 1 simple order) and last night I would say my meal was mediocre, at best. Pre-Covid, things were more efficient and tasty. Assuming they took a hit, like a lot of small businesses...but may I suggest taking the combos off your menu, if you don't want to include the entirety of the meal? I hate sounding like a "Karen" but also dislike not receiving what I thought I was ordering/paying for, on multiple occasions. (To be fair, I called 2 out of the 3 times to report the missing in action egg roll, and they brought it to me...but gave up calling this 3rd time, its getting...

I took my daughter for a quick lunch. We got the pu pu platter, small wonton and small hot and sour soup. The pu pu platter was POO POO! everything was fried to a crisp! The meat inside of the fried dumplings tasted very off! The BBQ rib tasted old. The crab stick was fried so long that it split down the middle. My hot and sour soup tasted like thick soy sauce. It had no other taste. My daughter's wonton soup had the same rancid meat inside as the dumplings from the poo poo platter. And we ate inside the place. The workers were I'm assuming arguing. Then a female worker came in and joined in! I waited till they went outside to argue, we got up and left. We left all of our uneaten food on the table. We will never go there again. 26 bucks plus a 5 dollar tip just to give them back their...
