I recently visited Pho Lewis Vietnamese Fusion and ordered their #1 lunch special, which included Chicken Teriyaki and Sweet and Sour Chicken with Rice. The experience was truly memorable, and I'm compelled to share my thoughts.

From the moment the dishes were served, the aroma captivated my senses, promising flavors that did not disappoint. The Chicken Teriyaki was perfectly cooked, with a beautifully balanced sauce that was neither too sweet nor too salty, complementing the tender chicken pieces excellently. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was a delightful contrast, offering a tangy and slightly sweet flavor that enhanced the succulent chicken, making every bite a pleasure. The rice served alongside was fluffy and perfectly steamed, serving as a great base for both dishes.

The portion sizes were generous, ensuring a satisfying meal that was well worth the price. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the ambiance of the restaurant and the prompt, courteous service from the staff.

I highly recommend Pho Lewis Vietnamese Fusion to anyone looking for delicious Vietnamese fusion cuisine. Whether you're a fan of traditional Vietnamese dishes or looking for a tasty twist on classics like Chicken Teriyaki and Sweet and Sour Chicken, this place will not disappoint. Their dedication to quality, flavor, and customer satisfaction shines through in every dish, making it a must-visit restaurant...

Rude and can’t fulfill the order. I specifically put in the delivery note that the driver must be able to get onto the army base where I live and she didn’t pay attention to that. Although she was nice and called customer service because she didn’t know what to do when she couldn’t get through she ended up leaving my food at the gate. She even ask if I could meet her there or get someone to pick it up for me, which doesn’t really make it a delivery any more does it. The reason I couldn’t meet her, which was an inconvenience, but actually was impossible because I don’t have a car. When I asked her if I was getting a refund because the app I used to order it said it had been delivered, which clearly it hadn’t, she told me to contact customer service. At least she tried everything she could and apologized. However, when I called the restaurant itself I simply started off with asking if they have anyone that can deliver on base because I wanted to reorder since I was looking forward to the food. The woman that answered rudely replied no and that was that. Horrible customer service from the restaurant itself and also never refunded me. 10/10 don’t recommend, so don’t waste your time here. You’ll get better service at McDonalds.

So I’m changing my rating from 1 star to 2 because I found out that they don’t control the delivery process with the app I used, but the customer service was...

Service was rude. At first we walked in, noone acknowledged and the watress never sat us down nor asked if we wanted to dine out or take out. When I finally found out that it was take out I immediately went and asked her to make it so we can eat it there (probably minutes after we order) and she seem really annoyed and said they already started boxing it to go. She then blame me for not letting her know that it was dine out. Then they gave us the wrong soup and asked me if I have touched it not. When I said I did, she took it back and gave me the correct one (which I think this is not acceptable, what were they going to do serve the one I got at first to someone else???). My friend ordered the noodle with egg rolls. The meat is fine, but I know that egg roll is not what they made. It was for sure costco brought. I got the spicey pho and I felt like it was something I could make, it didn't taste that good. I would not recommend and I'm not sure how they got so many...

The triple phô, (brisket, tendon, tripe) is superb. Best in town! There are multiple ways to order, through various apps (DoorDash, Grubhub, Cavier). This is a local restaurant that I gladly love supporting. The inside of restaurant is nice and quaint, there are high chairs also available, various canned and bottle Coca-Cola products, delicious bubble teas as well. There is wi-fi available and the staff seems very prepared for the lunch rush with prepping drink stations and meal prep even at 1030 a.m. Various items I have tried on the menu, but ultimately I enjoy the beef phô soup the most. For those unsure, give this place a try it is simple to order from and they patiently try to help you by describing what the food item has.

This place is a hidden gem because of its location but it does get busy during lunch hour from military personnel other than that it’s walk right in and served right away. Service is top notch. I’m a regular so they already know what I get so that’s a perk. I’ve tried basically all the pho places in Pierce county and this place is easily in my top 3. Large portions for what you pay. Probably the largest in the area. Flavorful broth and veggies are always fresh. Gyoza is a must try. If you’re in the Tillicum area, give this place a try!
