Today I ordered dinner for my family at this take out restaurant. We ordered the garlic chicken with house fried rice combo, teriyaki chicken with vegetable fried rice combo, spicy pork steamed rice combo, tempura prawns, some egg rolls, and a noodle dish. When I went to pick it up the total for the ordered was $130. They charged $9 extra dollars for the house rice which we ordered two and $4 extra for the veggie fried rice. I honestly thought the price was a bit much for the take out. The lady that rang up my order seemed frustrated when I questioned the prices. She kept saying that I was told when I placed the order about all the charges. I did paid for the food even though she was very defensive about what me, the customer was pointing out. The food wasn’t great. The teriyaki chicken was very dried, the shrimp in the fried rice was extremely over cooked, and so were the egg rolls. The garlic chicken had just jar minced garlic all over it, it was not fresh. In my opinion it was definitely not worth the money for the food. This is my first time ever writing a review for a restaurant, but from the overcharged, the poor customer service, and the overall poor quality of the food I had to. The fact that she kept arguing with me the customer says a lot about this establishment. No...

I love this place! I've been coming here off and on for about 8 years now. Their Teriyaki sauce is like crack! Luckily they have bottles of it available for dine in customers. I drown my food in that crack sauce. Everything on my plate gets covered in it. lol I've had many of their menu options but most of the time I go for their Teriyaki Chicken. Simple, cheap, and tasty. They have very reasonable prices. It's been about 5 months since my last fix. My only critique (based on my last visit) is they could clean their door handles. The back door used to be nasty, it always was. haha But their crack sauce makes up for it. iirc they got new tables relatively recently. Their old one's were tired.

One cool thing is they actually sell their sauce. It's a little pricey but worth it because It's so good. I'll...

I have eaten here multiple times. Although, the last time I went (yesterday around 7pm) I ordered the beef fried rice and the orange chicken for takeout. I ate the orange chicken, and as I began the eat the fried rice I noticed that their was a ROACH inside of it. I called the resturaunt twice to inform the manager, although the person that picked up the phone said "no manager" and hung up on me. I did not want a refund nor did I want more food. I just wanted them to adress the issue. I have felt neaseous since yesterday just thinking about it, wondering if I ingested a roach. I will not be going back for obvious reasons (the health concern), also due to the fact they would not let me speak to a manager and hung up on me. Be weary of...

Today was my 2nd time coming to House of Teriyaki. They are more expensive than a lot of the other Teriyaki and Chinese food restaurants in the area, but the quality of food is higher. Their egg rolls are easily in the top 3 in town. The inside is small, and has an old dirty smell to it, but it looks clean and the ladies at the counter were very nice. I got the orange chicken, and it was way better than the Teriyaki place down the street, much more flavor. Major downside was it was $23 for orange chicken and egg rolls... That's much more than I usually pay for lunch. Would recommend, and will return.

Very easy 5 star, very fresh tasting and food is made to order. The BEST Orange chicken I have tasted. When they say orange they mean it, you can actually taste the orange and chicken too, not just breading. Teriyaki chicken was great too, hardly any fat like other places. The noodles were also very good. Service was good, the gentleman who took my order was helpful and answered my questions patiently. The restaurant was small but very clean. I highly recommend this place.

I have ordered fried rice with shrimps 30 minutes ago. Once I got home and opened it, I could already tell it is not fried rice!! This is bagged rice which was just heated up. I paid almost $20 for this which I’m going to throw away now. Never will I order there again and you shouldn’t also. I work hard for my money and was really upset
