Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lakewood

My family and I ordered pizza from this location on the internet. I went out to get the pizza for my family. When I got there they said they were running behind and it was almost 45 minutes BEFORE WE GOT OUR PIZZA!!! It was way later than the time they promised us that it would be ready. They also promised to give free soda as a result of the long wait. THEY NEVER GAVE THE SODA!!!!! When I got home I called the supervisor at this pizza hut to complain. She had NOTHING BUT EXCUSES!!!. She tried to say they gave the soda to me when they had not given it. She was a dishonest manager and a liar. She also was trying to say that the wait was long because they were busy. I explained to her that they did not give the soda and that they should have been prepared. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! It is obvious that this pizza hut location does not value customer service. Otherwise, they would have been prepared or at least apologetic if things go wrong. However, this pizza hut location does not value customer service. I will NEVER eat at this pizza hut location again!!! If this happens at another location, I will not eat at any pizza hut location for a long time. I went to this Pizza Hut location today, and the experience was horrible from the moment I walked in. First off, the front door was propped wide open which is completely unsanitary and unacceptable for any food establishment.

I stood at the counter for minutes with NO ONE else in line. Not a single employee greeted me or even said "I'll be right with you." They just glanced up and went right back to cleaning like I was invisible. When someone finally decided to take my order, the so-called manager, Alfredo, was extremely rude and unprofessional. No courtesy, no respect—just a terrible attitude all around.

It was late 10:00 and we were craving pizza. Tried to order on the Pizza Hut website but the website was acting up. Tried to use there app but that was acting up. Ordering through DoorDash was going to be double. So I resorted to calling this location on South St. By this point it’s 10:10 and a girl answers asks if I would like pick up or delivery. I responded delivery. (Mind you the weather is rainy so we planned on a big tip) She proceeds to state they aren’t taking any orders because they are closing soon. I asked if they were closing at 11pm. She confirmed and said “but we’re closing early because we have no dough.”
