Señor Burritos — Restaurant in Lakewood

Miguel doesn't have integrity. I ordered dinner for my family from their website "their website ". Well to my surprise the prices online from current actual prices are anywhere from 1.75 to 3.00. So I was obviously scammed to believe the item I was choosing was a different price. The lady who first greeted me corrected my pernanciation of relleno sorry now I know how to pernanciate relleno. I told her that this total isn't correct that the online prices are wrong, "you should take a picture of our menus here". Not sure how that addresses my concerns, how is a customer to take a picture from inside after ordering online and that's going to fix the problem. I asked to speak with someone who is a manager and Miguel who I suspect is the owner came out and was no help. He stated that the menus online are from 3 years ago and prices have gone up and he has been very busy and has had no time to change the menu. He also said that it's not a great concern to him "I have regulars who come in here and that's most of my business ". So I guess he as no concern of growing is online presence. I thought it would be fair to charge me the online price and fix the problem so it would not happen again. They all made me feel like it is my problem and fault, lousy...

Service sucked!! A new staff member messed up and acedently let me get hochata with my kids menu order (I asked if i could get hochata at the same price she said yes.). Well turns out she was wrong and Instead of letting me KNOW OF THE MISTEAK. Or eatting the little extra cost of price difference on there end since its ALOT CHEAPER, she decides to give me 1/4 hochata. And 3/4 ICE... for my kid. Wow I JUST WOULD RATHER YOU LET ME KNOW AND SWITCH DRINKS. GETTING MY MONEYS WORTH THEN THAT!! Then when I let the lady Know (Mexican girl with a nose ring in the middle of her nose like a bull) she said" SHE HAD TO PUT THAT MUCH ICE BECAUSE I SHOULD HAVE NOT GOT HOCHATA INSTEAD A SODA.", I said so if YOUR EMPLOYEE messes up then punish the costumer that's your view. She said yes. So when I asked to speak with the manager, he didn't seem to get why I was so bothered by what they did. I THINK THAT SOMEONE WOULD RATHER 100% of THE DRINK THEY PAID FOR! THEN A CUP OF ICE WITH A EASY DRINK! Manager didn't even fix anything...

2/24/23: Took home another fabulous chicken burrito. So much chicken! It's a great meal in itself. This place is still wonderful and unassuming.

5/16/21: Back again for a wonderful, stuffed chicken burrito. Ordered rice and beans with it but again, no rice and beans, when I got home. And the counter person checked the order (after a discussion about rice and beans being extra) so I did not.

4/19/21: Another fabulous chicken burrito. I got an extra one in case I can't get out tomorrow. Friendly service.

Great chicken burrito deluxe with lots of perfectly cooked chicken and covered in a tangy green sauce and a bit of sour cream. Includes a drink. Very good. Tasty sides. I'll go back for more even though the service was mediocre. Cool place with murals on...
