If I can give zero stars I would .. let’s just begin with their customer Service... IT sucks!!!!!! Most of the staff should work at McDonald’s instead. If you order through the app they take forever, it’s been more than several occasions where I’m waiting for my drink and I processed my order 15 mins PRIOR AND IM STILL WAITING. Clearly the app says the drinks should be ready within 3 to 9 mins after ordering. On different occasions they have made my drink wrong. Also one lady told my daughter that the salted cold foam cold brew does not come with ice which clearly it does. She got an attitude with my child who is only 10 telling her that it doesn’t and that it’s going to taste different. (you need to train her on the drinks). I went to two different locations and ordered that same drink which came with ice. I see people in there all the time complaining about the service. They need a new management team and employees. These people need to understand if they don’t like their job they should quit !! It’s that simple ... or don’t work in customer service.. you have a job bc of customers not the other way around .
