If I can give zero stars I would .. letās just begin with their customer Service... IT sucks!!!!!! Most of the staff should work at McDonaldās instead. If you order through the app they take forever, itās been more than several occasions where Iām waiting for my drink and I processed my order 15 mins PRIOR AND IM STILL WAITING. Clearly the app says the drinks should be ready within 3 to 9 mins after ordering. On different occasions they have made my drink wrong. Also one lady told my daughter that the salted cold foam cold brew does not come with ice which clearly it does. She got an attitude with my child who is only 10 telling her that it doesnāt and that itās going to taste different. (you need to train her on the drinks). I went to two different locations and ordered that same drink which came with ice. I see people in there all the time complaining about the service. They need a new management team and employees. These people need to understand if they donāt like their job they should quit !! Itās that simple ... or donāt work in customer service.. you have a job bc of customers not the other...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was not impressed with this Starbucks and I visited quite a few of them. Very dirty and old looking from the outside. Hard to see until u r driving by it due to the other buildings around it.
The women employees were so nice but the male staff member working there today was very rough and rude.
Coffee tasted like it had been sitting for too long. The Gouda egg and bacon sandwich only had one slice if bacon instead if two it normally has. Took quite a long time to receive this sandwich after I had already received my coffee.
The sugar, Splenda, etc were running out and weren't replaced till an HR after I noticed it. One gentleman had informed the staff of the problem but it wasn't corrected for 1 HR. Normally there is a welcoming atmosphere in a Starbucks but not this one. I was not comfortable even staying for 15 minutes.
If u report a problem, the manager attacks you instead if listening to what u have to say. Staff will frequently throw the order at u without acknowledging you r asking...

He looks at me and says ā oh alright weāre going to make a couple of drinks before we can get you your waterā , And I said: āoh, okā ( the whole time my anxiety kept building up because of more people walking in). Waited what seemed like forever (about 11 min). Finally my anxiety got the best of me and I felt I couldnāt breath in there anymore so I took a step towards the exit , but another barista that had just came out the restroom asked if I was waiting for anything, I said yes, a cup of water . He QUICKLY just said oh ok and got me a cup of waterā¦ā¦.. if I knew I had to stand in line again for a cup of water I could have gone nest door somewhere and just bought...
