I was there one afternoon, sometime between 2021/2022. The female in the counter would not/could not help us even if we were the only customers that time. She went to call someone else. A young Asian or Hispanic male came out from the other room. He did not look happy and acted as if we were a bother to him. He almost never said a word to us. We were deeply offended by his attitude then. We ignored it because we like Subway and, since we had never been treated that way by any other Subway employees, we thought maybe we were just being too sensitive. When we arrived home and ate our sandwiches was when we realized that the bad attitude was only the prelude to the worst Subway experience we ever had. The sandwiches were the worst Subway sandwiches we ever tasted. They were extremely bland, had absolutely no flavor in them. It was as if the condiments he put there were "pretend" condiments, completely tasteless and useless. We had to put our own condiments from our own fridge in order to be able to eat the damn sandwiches. No paying customer should be reated the way we were treated. That young man should not be working at any Subway or any restaurants or anywhere there are paying customers. What a waste of time and...

Hearing about Subway's economic woes and how they'd be bringing back $4.99 footlongs to potentially increase sales, my tummy started hankering for a Spicy Italian sammie. Actually, my stomach was yearning for an Italian BMT, but that sandwich wasn't part of the $4.99 promotion. So, the next best thing had to do (of Black Forest Ham, Meatball Marinara, Cold Cut Combo, Veggie Delite & the aforementioned Spicy Italian). For a weekend dinner, I made my way here for some grub.
Being the only customer at the time, I was promptly assisted. The Subway sandwich artist was quick in assembling my footlong Spicy Italian, just the way I wanted it. After a few minutes, I was out the door, meal in tow.
Parking is via private lot at the Grocery Outlet shopping center. Subway, formerly a Tapioca Express I used to frequent, is located on the right of Adobo Taco Grill and north of Wells Fargo.
While Subway may not tickle the tastebuds of connoisseurs, $4.99 for a footlong is a good deal. I satisfied my Spicy Italian fix, and had dinner in a jiffy. Personally, I'm not sure if I'll be back to any Subway for awhile now, but it's good to know this location will get me on my way in...
Read moreI visited this lovely today 8/2/21 and I order a Turkey bacon ranch footlong. Now I come here often because I love locally snd I like to make use of my coupons. So I got my sub made with a gentleman that I have watched and have no clue as to make a sub or make it look presentable. I always try to avoid him. But today I dealt with him and he’s throwing my sub together in a unfamiliar way. Sloppy with no particular order how I’ve seen them do it over and over and over. So I go to check out and I give them my coupon. He said because the sub is an expensive sub. I cannot use the coupon. When I looked at the receipt. He had applied the coupon. But added $1.50 twice once for bacon and another for avocado. I’m not sure what he was doing. But I certainly do not want him making my subs or doing cash wrap. I may just altogether not return. Because I do not appreciate his service. He certainly needs to be retrained on how to make the subs and how to be better professional. Please watch your receipts when visiting here. So you’re not charged for random items that already comes...
