Oriental Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Lancaster Township

I order food from Oriental all the time and I was extremely dissapointed about the service I last received this weekend. I ordered a large chicken broccoli and when it was delivered, there was absolutely no gravy; it was bare and naked. I called to let them know of the mix up and instead of being accountable and aologetic, I was laughed at and the guy insisted the gravy was probably there. I continued to describe the condition of the food and ended up getting him to swap my meal for the right order after being assertive and persistent, even though I met lots of resistance. When it came, I was so disturbed by the experience, I lost my appetite and didn’t eat more than a few bites. Good service and food delivery service available! Best house food made upon request. Always delicious! Fast delivery! Hot served food! Egg rolls are crispy, house wonton soup filled with goodies, general Tso's chicken sooo good, Five delicious is absolutely full of seafood, chicken, beef, pork, veggies and savory sauce, and house fried rice plus steamed rice too tops the meal. Although the food is ok the customer service is not. We call to place an order and the person sounds like they cannot be bothered. The first impression that I got over the phone was, rude, arrogant, busy and simply cannot be bothered. The other thing that does not make sense to me is that they will not sell a 12 oz. can of soda but yet offer them in their lunch specials.
