We originally came in search of good coffee, but what we found was so much more. From the moment you walk through the door, you're transported to Puerto Rico. The decor evokes the warmth of abuela’s house, with lush plants and a beautiful mural of a casita that sets the tone for a cozy, welcoming experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, offering the kind of personalized service that feels like home. It’s clear they care deeply about each guest.

Now, the coffee—authentic, bold Puerto Rican brews made with love. It pairs perfectly with their fresh pastries like quesitos and pastelillos, which are sweet, flaky, and delicious.

For breakfast, they offer a variety of hot options, but we opted for lunch and were blown away. The sancocho was rich and comforting, served with a side of white rice—perfect for a rainy Sunday. We also tried the beef and chicken empanadas, which were crispy, flaky, and seasoned to perfection. If stew and empanadas aren’t your thing, their sandwiches looked just as tempting.

I recently visited and was blown away by the quality of their offerings. The pastries were delicious, showcasing authentic flavors that left me wanting more. However, the true star of the show for me was the Cubano sandwich—hands down the best I've ever had! The pork was cooked to perfection, boasting incredible flavor and a tender consistency that melted in my mouth. Plus, the bread was simply amazing, adding the perfect touch to the sandwich.

I attached a picture of the sandwich, but I must say, the image doesn’t do it justice—it looked even better in real life!

What’s even better? The prices are super affordable, making it easy to indulge without breaking the bank.

The Sandwich Corillo I got was excellent, as well the Cubano coffee my wife got!

We figured there'd be some kinks to work out and we were correct. We didn't get our food at the same time as our coffee, as a result my latte was a little hotter than lukewarm, and with the hustle and bustle, I'm not 100% sure they even put coffee in it, as all I tasted was hot milk. I think the staff was overwhelmed with the local support they received and maybe forgot a few things (I noticed other customers were correcting orders as well).

Despite all that, we will definitely come back because we see the potential in this place and hope the experience will be...
