Chinese Bistro — Restaurant in Lancaster

I used to go here religiously, but lately the food taste like it has been sitting out longer than it should. It was chewy. Not to mention how rude the lady with the short hair was. She used to be welcoming but now she rushes you through ordering your food, and not to mention that I was carrying on a conversation with my bf, asking him if he wanted the chicken teriyaki and he said no, so I told her my order and he ordered his meal and when I received it, I told her that I never ordered chicken teriyaki, and she scolded me and kept telling me that I did and she said, "don't you see where I used my nails to write it in on your box?" She scolds you instead of saying sorry for getting your order wrong. That also made me realize how unsanitary that is, to etch your fingernail into a costumer's food box. Like I said, I used to go there but with the poor food quality and horrible customer service, I won't be returning. I'll find another Chinese place that won't scold me because of their mistake in eavesdropping and rushing me...

I hope I don’t get sick after eating here. Just stopped by at a whim since I was in the area and hungry. Price is good, $10 and change for 2 item combo.. drink is charged separate, still size drink for less than $2. Don’t like this style of noodle, it’s the darker harder noodles.. the yellow colored fried rice didn’t look appetizing at all. So I got steam rice. the beef and broccoli looked good, but when I bit into the broccoli, it had that smell and taste when the veggie was about to go bad, not so fresh 🤨 getting yellow on top of the tree and it was hard like almost raw. The beef too was undercooked..

I was disappointed with this experience.. the server was nice. I’ll give him that but please...
