Horrible experience. The order was supposed to be ready by 6:34 and it wasnāt. After 13 minutes of waiting, the tracker said ācompletedā when I still hadnāt received my food. So I went inside and there was a girl in the kitchen, putting lotion on and getting dressed in plain view. Disgusting. Then the cashier was rude when I said Iād been waiting and never got my food. Come to find out, my food was sitting there the whole time and they ālostā it. Although it was labeled right there on the shelf. The pizza is burnt and dry. The sandwich was not fully cut. Overall bad experience. If I could rate zero stars I would.
Update 4/5/24 An employee stopped the curbside timer way before bringing out the order so I wouldnāt get the free pizza. I asked him about it and he started yelling and cursing at me, then threw the receipt on the ground in the parking lot. Canāt get through to corporate after calling multiple times. I called the store 2 times, once immediately when that happened, and again a few hours later. Was told Iād get a free credit, and I didnāt. The āmanagerā has no idea what I was talking about when I literally have proof that the pizza didnāt arrive when they claim it did. Watch the CCTV and see the Hispanic man with the man bun get mad and throw stuff in the parking lot. Idk why I bothered coming back after my previous experiences. But these employees are literally horrible and deserve to be homeless and jobless. Please do yourselves a favor and...

The tracker states, my ordered had been delivered to an establishment that was closed for the day. As I walked around the building, with the owner of a different establishment for safety as it is 7pm, I begin to call the store. I waited on hold for 17 mins prior to driving to the location. I was met with 2 gentleman(whom refuse to give their names). The gentleman at the register states that the system automatically marks as delivered. I ask for him to reach out to the driver because, the establishment I was at, was soon to close at 8. Ceasar was the deliver driver as however, I asked the gentleman if I can speak to a manager or an assistant. After explaining to me it was only him and 1 other gentleman(rude), and they are both assistants, 2 others appeared from back and he claims they are also assistants. To avoid playing games, I asked for the managers name and was refused that as well. To no avail, I was able to get. The information once I met the nice driver(older gentleman) in the parking lot. He was very apologetic and stated, "they are young and no excuse but, they have alot of growing up to do." He provided Maria's name and if this is whom she is hiring, the owners should step in. I told HIM to check with The Mgr. In 2 seconds he returned and said she said no . I asked to speak to Mgr. I waited over 4.5 min. I called back this time i was put on hold again 5 min . I called back spoke to same male & told she was busy and i will have to wait 5 to 7 min. For her . I asked for Mgr name he said Mario after he told it was a woman . I said you said she was female he yes her name is Marie , Maria then Mary . I asked his name he responded Mario . Very bad customer service and i have been a faithful patron at this particular Dom. See for disabled Seniors being able to get car pickup is a blessing and not having to get out my walker & drag my oxygen to pick up food for my grandchildren car service is a perfect. This 1 Dom. needs to have a sit down with employee on duty and counsel him on customer sevice in Hospitality Industry i know in my 40 yrs in The Hospitality Industry this type of behavior warrants atleast a write up . I dont want to see anyone lose a job and Maybe this young man was not properly trained . I did go to another Dom on K &10th which was out of my way and they gladly did car service for this...
