KFC — Restaurant in Lancaster

Awful. When the Mexican do start taking our jobs I hope they start with fast food and this place first. They all need to be fired in there. The one on the bypass

I made the dumb mistake of being nice and ordering my food like a polite person. I pulled up a little after 8 pm was told to pull up bc they didn’t have enough crispy for my 8 piece. I nicely said okay pulled up. The lady at the window says it’ll be 8 mins well 8 mins turned into 30 mins. They were cooking my paid for chicken and giving it to the other people in line. So I got back in the drive through, and asked what happened to my order, one girl was swearing to her god that she made the chicken. I said her god bc she wasn’t swearing to my god bc my god knew she was telling a lie. And even If she made it she didn’t give it to me.

So I waited… 8 mins turn in to 35 almost 40 mins, finally gave me the chicken yall and guess what!!! The chicken was just warm, and when I picked it up the skin slid off like how chicken be sitting up for a while like soggy chicken. It wasn’t at all crispy. So I got a refund. Then the cashier asked what’s wrong with it? My husband said everything! Have us wait over 30 mins for soggy chicken and then the cooks was standing back looking weird like with guilty looks on their faces when I was in the drive thru. Are we that bad with our own people yo? I told them to Give that kinda chicken to racist W folk not your own kind, too scared to mess up a white persons order instead they mess up black folks orders left and right and they black in the kitchen. Must be crackheads gotta be crackheads. Cooking with an attitude, very mean huffing and puffing. Whew chy just bad. I also let corporate know and now I’m letting the world know.

You got to be a Dern fool or a drug addict or super duper old or old fashioned to eat here. I’ll come back when ya got Mexicans or someone like them in the kitchen. My total was 36.58 smh. That’s not expensive but it ain’t...

We have stopped at this location at 521 near 903 , we travel from N Myrtle Beach SC once a month to work on our rentals in N W NC, we have always gotten good food , but the thing that stands out the most, is the employees, the young black girl that takes our order , always has a smile and brightens our day , we where in there on Monday afternoon, I ordered and extra crispy 2 piece dinner and my wife got the original, when I got mine it was original, do I went up to the counter, and the young lady apologized , and said she hit the wrong button, that was fine , so they didn’t have a leg and though in the extra crispy, do one of them gave me my box and said they were out of the legs , so she gives me a thigh, a wing and a breast , way more than was expected, thank you so much , I did thank the manager, and the young lady , this is what makes a business, great customer service , they are efficient in every way , please let them know how much we appreciate their...

I went to KFC this evening for a chicken liver meal. I was told to wait in my car and the food would be brought out to me. After waiting longer than the ten minutes we were told it would take. I sent my fiance in to see what was taking so long. They had forgotten about my order! I paid for my order at 7:37 pm and did not receive my food until 8:22 pm. I usually have a good experience here but this incident has made me not want to return. I was completely forgotten about and waiting in my car for an order that apparently was never going to come. If my fiance hadn't gone in there to check I wouldn't have gotten my food. I could see maybe forgetting an item on an order but my order was completely...
