Absolutely horrible customer service. No one is nice and they act like they are doing you a favor by making your order, incorrectly I might add. No, this is your job and this is a service that I’m paying you for. I’m a very kind person, but the behavior in this establishment has totally turned me off to this business. With a drive thru order, you get napkins, plastic ware and whatever sauce you requested. Well not here….am I supposed to eat my mashed potatoes with my hands? And there was bbq sauce in the bag when I clearly asked for ranch and ranch is what was on the screen when I ordered, so I know they heard it right. This is just pure carelessness. I park to go in and exchange the sauce and guess what, the door is locked. So I get back in line to wait again and kindly request the correct sauce. Get to the window, no apology, no words at all. As I pull off, I notice ranch sauce is all over my hand. The sauce container was busted. WOW. Well at this point I’ve paid $15 for lunch and it’s gonna be exactly what I want. So I go back and needless to say they were tremendously rude and unapologetic. Not to mention when I was initially handed my drink, the lid wasn’t on well and it almost spilled. I drive A very nice car and it makes me mad to no end when people are careless and could care less if they spill something in your car. I’m not sure who owns this business but I’d suggest you find a new staff before they run your business in the ground. The food is actually good, but for what you pay, you should be getting Chick-fil-A service, not the less than service that’s currently being given. So disappointed in people. Wow, do better. Read moreOrdered online at 7:50pm and the gentleman Jalen said to pull up and wait at 8:05 and at 8:13 he came out and said they were just dropping my blacken chicken. He said he was going to give me extra due to me having to wait so long for food. He was a very respectful man! I don't know who his parents are but you have raised a son to be extremely proud of!! He even asked what my daughter wanted to drink who is 4 and was waiting with me. So a rough start out but Jalen to the rescue!! He deserves a raise very courteous and respectful and apologized for the wait. He even had manners saying Ma'am and that's hard to find now days! Can't say much about the other coworkers because I honestly didn't see them doing much. The girl at the register never turned around to acknowledge that I had pulled up to the window. Jalen is the one who came over from making food to help me at the window. He's going to go far and life with his customer service skills and being so apologetic for something that was out of his control. I don't know if it's a lack of customer appreciation or lack of management in the evenings. So if anybody has Jalen help them tell him that he's doing a fabulous job!! The only reason why I gave five stars for the service is because of Jalen No one else deserves those five stars but him Just wanted to make that clear! Read moreWe placed our order and were the 3rd car in line. We waited in line approximately 20 minutes. When we got to the drive thru we paid for our food and then had to wait for them to make it. While waiting we looked through the window and saw the entire staff was not wearing masks. Including the young lady preparing our meals. My husband asked for a refund and explained the reasoning, because no one is wearing masks. The girl working the drive thru immediately got defensive and yelled to the manager “he wants a refund” not stating why or anything. The manager comes to speak with us and is immediately aggressive/defensive to where she wouldn’t even allow us to speak. She was raising her voice at us about how no one understands that they put themselves at risks the most out of everyone. Then she also went on about sometimes they need a break and need to breathe and how no one considers how long they are in the restaurant in a day. The rest of the staff where also making comments towards us, this went on for a while, while we were just waiting for our refund. Eventually she gave us our money, but we did not deserve any of that.
