Every single time I went in there was a problem with my account I have had enough of the bull crap going on in this store I regret switching the first time. They seemed to want money more than actually helping you the only help I got was to increase my money allowance which they did and that was a mistake for both me and my payee. They knew about my pharmacy bill climbing and so did my case worker but no one said a single word until I walked in and was presented a note saying I owed $227 you know it’s bad when your payee has to take funds out of there account to cover the costs of the bill that they knew about. Oh and another thing be careful and lock down your Facebook profile a pharmacist named Cheyenne did not like my comments on another friend page and I know they been watching my page because the pharmacist who called said we saw your post and your more then welcome to switch I think that’s what they wanted me to do since day one they did not care about me at all and for a pharmacy that makes a lot of money should not be charging $3...

I suffer from ptsd and anxiety . Have been on Klonapin for 7 years they refused to fill my prescription due to the fact I had it refilled at Hartigs in Platteville. Stating since I did this they can no longer refill it. Not having it being on it for this long can cause withdrawal issues worse than heroin. Thus sending me to the ER. Same store in the same corporation yet a divide. I am moving all my scripts from this place. And informing their corporate office of this policy. It is not because i was looking for double scripts on a controlled substance it is in their computers and like Walgreens should be refillable at any Hartig location. Incredibly rude. I was refused my pain medication after a throat surgery even though they had it ready. I was told it was because "she didn't want to fill it at the time" I was kicked out after a woman kindly paid for my 1.00$ prescription. The cashier shoved my medication in my chest chest said "Be on your way" I was spoken to like a dog.I will be switching to Hometown Pharmacy from now on. Every experience I've had here...
