McDonald's — Restaurant in Lancaster

It's a little after 10 PM. The store was empty and they took over 20 minutes to make my friend and I's drinks. I was finally fed up and walked up to the counter and finally someone (I think was the manager but I wasnt really paying attention to that) asks if I was this 999 second order or the other 999 second order. I told her that I was was the one and my friend was the other. She grabbed my drink from back behind the counter then went to make my friends stroopwafel mcflurry. She said that we should have "hollered for them because it's a busy place" (again, there was no other customers dining in at the time). She then puts the ice cream in the mcflurry cup and puts the toppings on top and proceeds to hand mix it because "she just cleaned the machine and was NOT going to clean it again". I work at Sheetz, and if I had treated a customer like that, I would have gotten fired. She hands me both drinks then walks away. I sit down and give my friend his mcflurry and he tells me that none of the toppings and etc was below the surface, that everything was just sitting on top. I did not come to McDonald's, after work to relax, to be given this lack of respect and disservice. I would have demanded they remake it, but I didn't want to have to wait another 20 minutes for them to mess it...

The 5 star reviews you see are from the employees. The food is decent but the workers are very incompetent when it comes to simple things... I order a burger and they give me two buns with cheese (A common occurance) they always misplace orders, short you on frys. They are extremely rude when asking for extra ketchup. ALWAYS check your food before pulling off, they will miss something or give you something else. I dont know how many times I get on the highway and they gave me the wrong order. Some of the workers are nice, dont get me wrong but majority if the young people act rememdial and suprised, like its their first day at work... every day... in the mornings they never change the signs to breakfast, they expect you to memorize the menu, when this place gets packed, expect to wait an additional 20 mins, they act like its WW3 and loose their minds over simple orders... if this wasent the only fast food spot near me, I would never...

This place is the worst Mc Donald's I've been in this area, so my order was 2 slushie, 2 medium fries and 6pc nuggets, they made me get close to the parking lot so somebody could bring it out to me, they took between 10 and 15 minutes, and when he came out to give me my order he had this I hate my job face and brought just the slushies and said "have a good night" and I said excuse me but I also ordered fries and nuggets and he didn't even bother hurrying up to go get it, the food was cold, but me and my niece were not really on the mood to complain and wait for them to do our food again, thankfully we have an air frier. Idk why people hate working at this mc Donald's but whatever is wrong with the place, you gotta do something about it cause clearly is gonna affect your numbers. You guys SUCK and even tho it's very close to my house I'm never going again. EDIT: customer service has gotten better...
