Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lancaster

Me and my husband ordered food last night from here delivery driver did a horrible job left are food in the hallway of our apartment building and the food wasn’t done how we wanted it. We called and spoke to a female manager to let her know our issue she gave us a full refund credit on our order we called today to order with the credit another female manager was rude saying smart remarks in the background and not willing to help at all saying she couldn’t help us that we only can get $20 credit after we spent $50.people like her should not be mangers at all horrible horrible I will be fileing a complain to corporate about her . But the genetal man cashier panek was outstanding and helped us resolve the issue as best as possible to make sure we get our credit he spoke to the manager from the day before and she told the female manager to give us the credit so panek took our order without any issues and stated he was going to make our food and make sure it was done properly thank you panek keep up the great work man....

EDIT: Everyone had bad days, and sometimes system don't work as well as they should. This time I ordered for pickup. Removing the tracking system and 3rd party delivery, my order went way smoother. My ONLY complaint this time is how run down "NOT DIRTY" my local store is. I'd love to see this store, which server an area currently going through urban renewal get the same treatment. The shops in an area reflect upon it, and companies should be aware of it.

Firstly, my order was projected to arrive 3½ hours after I placed it. Secondly when I called to try to cancel due to the outrageous projected, I reached an outsourced call center before being transferred to my local store only to get a dialup internet sound from 1997. THEN there was my order. I never got the 2 2L sodas I ordered, and one item was requested with light sauce and got no sauce. All in all this is the WORST experience I have ever had with delivery. I will NOT be recommending your company or ordering from you...

I ordered from here. The order was wrong. I called the number just keeps rerouting you back to the call center over and over. They kept says the would transfer me to the store and then it would get routed to a call center in another country. When I asked for the phone number to the store they said they dont have it and they can only transfer. Every time I called the number listed for the store I got the same call center.

After we finally got ahold of the store they said they were redoing the order. We get a text from the driver that the door is locked and asked us to call and kept getting rerouted through customer service again who said their phone lines were disconnected. Then it said the order was picked up and the driver drove to a whole other place and is parked there and we have not received our order. Its been 3 hours. I dont know if the driver just went home but we cant get ahold of the store or the driver. Do NOT...
