House of Tacos — Restaurant in Lancaster

Called to order lunch for my work 10 mins after they opened, no one picked up. I called 3 times. Then I decided to order online. The order when finished said food would be ready at 11:45. I arrived at twelve. Waited in line for 20 mins because they are so short staffed. When I finally got service and asked for my order it wasn't ready. They said it would be another 15 mins before my order would be ready. I waited another WHOLE HOUR for my food to be made. I didn't leave until 1:15ish. When I made it back to my job and we all began to eat our food, everyone's order was wrong. The food was underwhelming and not worth the price they charged. VERY OVER PRICED for POOR QUALITY food. Also when I ordered my food online the price when I paid did not add up to the prices of the meals ordered even if they included tax. I feel they added gratuity without my knowledge and were basically not transparent on the price I would be charged. Terrible service. If you're going to run a business hire more help to provide better service. If I could give a zero star review I would. This place is awful. DO NOT...

First time I ordered food from here. It was such great quality food for a good price and I could definitely feel the love made in the tacos. Also great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. I have to say there service was beyond great cause I ordered four tacos and they forgot one and the lovely lady on the phone said I got you and asked if I was able to drive back and I said of course I can. When I got there she apologized for the mess up and I told her it’s fine it happens she gave me the taco and a soda on the house for the mess I told her I couldn’t and she insisted so I thanked her and went back to work when I got back she didn’t just make one taco she gave me another. My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for quite a while, and we finally went on a Saturday at lunch. The inside of the restaurant was clean and the workers preparing the food were clean and worked quickly and efficiently. We waited about 25 minutes for our food to be ready. We tried the flauta platter, fish, chorizo, and chicken tacos, and fresh guacamole, and chips. Everything was prepared freshly and we just can’t say enough about how good the food was. It was all just so tasty and delicious!! My husband loved the fish tacos the best. Yes, It was a bit pricey for takeout. However, it was worth every penny and every minute of waiting!!
