Grecia and her coworker (black male) were very rude. They did not greet us, check on us during our meal and argued with us about a to go box for our pizza. The pizza was over cooked and to the standards of authentic Italian pizza. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Update: I do admire your support for your employees but your facts are not accurate. If you viewed the cameras, you would see the whole story. We were seated by the other male server (he was cleaning the dining area) because Grecia was on her cell phone. This explains why we did not get greeted. Grecia told us that they had a bad experience with another couple earlier. This explains why their attitude was sour. While paying for my food, Grecia brought a small white container and I said I wanted a pizza box. The other male server told me to lower my voice, I did not shout. Your servers are old enough to be my kids. I do not tolerate disrespect from anyone regardless of age. As a manager, it would help to view both sides of a story (Employee/Customers) before passing judgement. I think the root cause it because we are a bi-racial couple. It seems like we are being mistreated because if this.

I ordered from here through doordash and was a bit disappointed by it. I came in to pick it up, and it was fairly empty, but I assume it was maybe due to being a weekday after lunch hour. The staff was friendly and offered their restaurant card for phone orders and online menu. I ordered the fried calamari appetizer with garlic parmesan dip and the stuffed shell casserole with Alfredo sauce instead of the red sauce it comes in. I thought I surely couldn't have gone wrong as I love fried seafood and anything in Alfredo sauce. Starting with the calamari, it wasn't the worst, but I can only assume it's frozen as it was very chewy and the breading had barely any flavor/seasoning. I do think the dip was like a dressing as it was very concentrated in acidity. The shells looked promising, but once I got into it, the stuffing in the shells was very much on the salty side. I think it would be good to see on the menu what type of cheese is being used to stuff pastas and what not, as that was missing. I am definitely thinking this place will be getting another chance from me as I've been intrigued by their pizzas so I will be back.

Surprisingly Good! Pulled into my home terminal in Wilmer, Texas. Tired of the same old fast-food I Googled restaurants and this place came up. I was greeted by a pleasant young lady and sat in a booth. I ordered the Pasta Trio and their Garlic Bread. Regular bread comes with the meal, but I wanted to try their Garlic Bread served as an appetizer. I was glad I did. It came out on a large plate, cut into pieces. It was lightly toasted with butter and garlic and was excellent! It even came with a small ramekin of marinara sauce you can dip the bread in. I munched on the bread until the main course arrived. The Pasta trio has one portion each of Mannicotti, Lasagna, and Cannanoli. It wasxserved hot and was excellent! I would have rated 5 Stars save for two issues. They do not serve Cappuccino and the booth I sat in felt uncomfortable. For my sweet tooth, I ordered the Tiramisu to dine in and the cheesecake to take to the truck. The Tiramisu was excellent, albeit a but too frozen. Just allow it to sit a minute or two. The Cheesecake I will taste in the truck and report later. I will definitely return to dine again!

I ordered one large beef Pizza I ordered one extra large cheese pizza, an order of wings and one chocolate cheesecake. My order was made for pickup. I have been ordering from Roma's Lancaster for 3 years. And I have never had any issues with any of my pickup orders. When my husband brought in the orders from picking them up from Roma's in lancaster. I see that as he bit into his first slice he made a disappointed face I asked him what was wrong he said the pizza was hard dry and cold. Also I looked at the pizza it was burnt. My kids were complaining saying it was hard for them to chew I open the pizza box to peek at the pizza and I see that the cheese pizza is burnt. I took a slice from myself I see that it's a lot thinner than normally. It was burnt dry no sauce the cheese was not melting off it was hard crunchy. When I ordered the wings over the phone I asked the gentleman last time I ordered wings I did not request for this but I received all drums and I do not want all drums with this order that I'm placing today. He assured me okay sure. Out of all the wings I had two flats. With the wings normally came buffalo sauce and ranch. Today it was only buffalo sauce. I paid $51 for my order. My husband said that he overheard some conversation inside of Roma saying that about 9 months ago the owners that we were familiar with decided to give up their part of the restaurant and handed it over to some new people. From the looks of it it looks as if they are cutting back on quality and keeping the prices up. The pizza was so thin and hard that it was like cardboard. I am so upset for $50 maybe 10 more bucks I probably could have sat down at a restaurant me and my family probably got some fresh hot food and some nice service. I understand I could have cooked my own food. But I was trying to catch a break because I'm trying to pull out my Christmas tree and get things going for Christmas but I hear My kids complaining that they can't even bite through their slice because it was too tough. I am so upset because I work hard for my money. And it just seems like now and days we are just getting less quality for a higher price. Now today is Friday maybe it was a rough day I will contemplate on maybe ordering one more time but I am so mad right now that I don't think I'll ever be ordering from Romas again. I'm originally from Brooklyn New York and they were my go-to place for 3 years for some good pizza that was close to home. that looks like that's going to have to change. And to be quite Frank I want my money back! Because I did not intend to give Roma's $51 for burnt food and dry hard food. But if I don't get it back that's fine that'll possibly be the last time I give...

Decided to go out to relax and finish the stressful week. We were seated then our order was taken, all good. First, could not cook fried foods because someone had a good idea to clean the fryer and place new oil, so scrapp the mozarella sticks, ok no problems. Hubby odered a pizza and I the seafood and pasta which has been my favorite. Second, takes quite a bit to get the food and only the pizza came out (eating together is the whole point here). In the meantime our server disappeared and someone else was "trying" to be of service. I had to call her over to inquire about my plate to which she said "i did not see any pasta plate being prepared"... yeah... she came back saying there was only one cook and they were busy with the to go orders. I get it but so does that mean that whoever comes to dine in the restaurant comes second? Ok, waited some more, my hubby finished eating, started eating and no one checked on us until the waitress emerged from another section of the dining room to only bring the check. I said to her, well before you kick us out can you bring me napkins and more water? Of course she tried to defend herself but dam.... don't you check to see if there is anything else the guest wants before the check? I truly wanted dessert but by that time I just wanted out. So yeah, I did not leave a tip. Service has been lacking and this is the third time service has been poor. I don't think we will be...

My family and I have been coming to Romas for years since 2007. It was a great family owned restaurant. The food was always been great, as well the service. But ever since they sold nothing is the same. Food has little to know flavor, you can tell most of the food is frozen because it's still cold when you bite into it. Doesn't feel or taste the same. It's sad to see such a great place loose everything that made it great.

EDIT Just wanted to answer the question from the "owner"

My family and myself had dinner last night. We order the backed ravioli which was still cold when eating it even though the plate was hot. My wife ordered the chicken albanese which is her favorite from here. But she said it didn't have my flavor and was disappointed. Ordered chicken Alfredo with burnt chicken. Ordered a Mexican pizza which is my favorite and finally, we order a baked lasagna.

Yes, I leave a lot of reviews at a time but I don't forget how good or bad the service and or food is a place that I've visited multiple times.

I'm not looking for a refund, all I want is for the new ownership to take the same pride in the food like the previous one did. This a special place for many of us who live in Lancaster, DeSoto,...
