So glad that one of my besties suggested we go here for brunch today! From start to finish everything was nothing but amazing! We waited about 10 minutes to be seated even though we were told it would be closer to 30. We were sat at a table near the bar and quickly our orders were taken by two waiters. The second waiter was very handsome, nice, and helpful. I got their fajita scramble with mushrooms added. It comes with a choice of sides, so I got their home fries and a pancake. To drink we all got their large mimosa. It took a little while for the food so we sipped on our very strong mimosas. Literally you just need one and it is worth the $12 price. And now the food, the omelet has the right amount of flavor, but it did need a little bit more spice. Thankfully they had salsa and chalua which made it pop. I especially liked the home fries--super yummy with a light crunch. The omelet was stuffed full of vegetables and grilled chicken. I was able to make it through a few bites of this and the pancake and had to stop. It was so difficult not to stop as everything was fabulous! Definitely want to come back here and try their lunch or dinner. A must go to in Lancaster!

Overall 3.5 stars bar. They serve breakfast all day long which was good. The food was good. I ordered two pancakes with two eggs and two sausages. I also ordered a small fruit salad which was 2 dollars. They don’t have WiFi which they have the right to do so, but what was frustrating that they wanted me quickly out after I finished eating which felt very unwelcome and ruined all the atmosphere. I have been talking over the phone and needed to eat and finished some business. While after eating I was drinking my coffee and talking over the phone they already gave me a bill despite I haven’t asked for it yet. The breakfast came quite expensive for 1 person. With a tip I paid almost 30 dollars. I don’t like that push environment when I want to sit longer but I must to leave. Not sure that I will ever be back.

I'm back with another one: I decided to try something new while in Lancaster. I wanted breakfast and after reading reviews of restaurants ( & the fact that they served drinks) I decided to try Scramblez. It is located in a great location and was easy to find. I was greeted and seated immediately. Waiter came soon after and I had my refreshments(cranberry and apple juice mixed and a screwdriver) before I could settle in my seat. I ordered the biscuits and gravy plate with a side of bacon. The eggs were perfect. The bacon was semi crispy, but still good(I like crispy bacon). The gravy had a rich taste but the biscuit wasn't that good to me. It wasn't nasty it just reminded me more of cornbread. Overall the meal was delicious and the screwdriver definitely was NOT watered down. I will return soon

This place was busy for brunch time and obviously very popular. The staff was helpful and friendly, but as a place my friends raved about over the food, I was left underwhelmed. I got chorizo and eggs, hash browns and biscuits+gravy; my wife got the fajita omelet, toast and home fries. Everything had great flavor, maybe a bit under-seasoned but there's always salt available. Her fries came out as hash browns (which we didn't bother to correct because she also likes those, we just wanted to try both options) the first issue was just that the hash browns were a bit "blackened" but not really enough to ruin them so it was fine. I just expected something they cook for almost every dish to be pretty dialed-in. The chorizo had many bits of tough connective tissue that wasn't ground small enough to pass by, nor cooked long enough to break down. The gravy on the biscuits was a bit congealed and had a slight plasticity off-flavor. The veggies in the omelet were very fresh, but in a way that they were essentially raw. Maybe that's just how it's done, but I prefer the veggies in an omelet to have been softened a bit. The juice I ordered was HUGE! Very happy there! My coffee was NEVER empty, the service was fast, but when I eat out I like to eat something new I don't normally cook at home or something I don't have the skill to cook myself. I just felt like I could have done this meal better at home, but it wasn't expensive and we got in and out to our hike in less time than it would have taken to do ourselves so I'm...

My friend and I had visited this establishment twice before and always enjoyed great service. However, during our latest visit, there was an incident that left us disappointed. When I inquired about the hot chocolate being made with all milk and was informed it wasn't, I ordered accordingly. Similarly, my friend explicitly requested her Irish coffee to be made with Bailey's and Jameson Irish whiskey. Unfortunately, when her drink arrived without Bailey's, she politely clarified her order, but the server's response was dismissive.

Subsequently, a man, presumably the manager, approached our table in a confrontational manner, asserting that we were being unclear with our orders and "dont take my server for stupid". Despite my attempts to address the issue calmly, he continued to adopt a hostile tone, showing little regard for customer service principles. This lack of professionalism led us to conclude that further patronage of this establishment was unwarranted, I quickly realized there was no reasoning with him so we got up and left.

I couldn't help but wonder if the manager's reaction would have been the same had we been of a different ethnicity. While I refrain from playing the race card, it's difficult to ignore the possibility that our treatment may have been influenced by factors beyond our control. Regardless, the manner in which we were addressed was unacceptable, and it's unlikely that we'll return to this establishment in the...
