Zippy's Brass Rail — Restaurant in Lancaster

If I could give zero stars, I would!! We are from out of town and chose this bar because of its reviews. Employee was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Made us feel like we were inconveiencing her with questions about the menu. She pretty much threw my food at me across the table. Had to go back up to the bar for drink refills, straws, cups, to go boxes and our bill. She not once asked if we needed anything. We are a friendly group and tip well when treated well. Whenever I get into the Lancaster area I stopped in for one of their awesome burgers. The staff is always friendly, it's one of those little gold mines I found through one of the locals. One of the best burgers in the state and you have a choice...
