Went here for 7 years. Pizza is okay but after all the loyalty things have changed. A year of so back they added a credit card charge of $4.99...something is okay but that is a bit steep. Then it became habitual that they would say 30 minutes and it was really 45 minutes...no problem go later to pick up that what they say. But this last visit was the straw that broke the camels back. I was told 25 minutes for pickup, got there at about 40 minutes...I found about 12 others waiting. Okay, crazy night...I will be patient...15 minutes I walk up after having paid earlier and say " hate to ask, know you are super busy but am I already cooking?" They said yes, if not I would of prob asked for refund. Waited some more and another customer was talking about the wait and other things. I kept listening and no call for my number. Eventually go up again and say my number is such and such. And the girl gets super rude and says "yeah, we called it 3 times...ugh"...like I am a jerk for asking if they called it they were not loud and no way it was 3 times! And if it was I never left and had asked earlier. No way they called it loud and 3 times...it was crazy busy and loud in there. I waited 35 minutes in the store after having been told 25 originally and waiting extra 15 minutes to leave the house and then get attitude after having inquired earlier. It was very rude and I was respectful. Pizza isn't all that and then you combine the wait and terrible customer service. Horrible and to a loyal customer to boot. Additionally the owner could of talked to all the folks waiting and apologized and explained things. Anyway, I am done. I will drive further for better quality and better customer service. Read moreIt’s so sad that people running a business could treat their loyal customers so badly. They partnered with a company to take online orders for them two days ago (according to this reputable company’s customer service) and no one at the restaurant was told, so when I told them I ordered online, and they received the order, they claimed I did not order online and basically called me a liar, even though they clearly received my order. So I was charged online and also in person. When I called Fresco back to give them the url, trying to help so they know if their customers are being scammed, the person on the phone repeatedly told me “Ma’am we don’t take online orders,” and was super frustrated with me. When I told her we were only trying to help because we come there all the time and wanted them to know about this company taking their online orders, she told me she’d look into it if she had time. The manager on duty yelled at me on the phone, even though I was really calm. I guess he thought I was wasting their time, but there’s no need to make your customers cry. Read moreI was craving flavorful hot & doughy but yet crispy crust and I am so glad I found this place I got the Italiana Pizza I substituted the tomatoes for mushrooms the sauce was so good you could taste the garlic it was full of hot cheese & tasted so fresh
I also ordered a salad was a pleasant surprise it had plenty of vegetables cucumbers & banana peppers cheese crispy lettuce and they even give two breadsticks with it with butter which was a bonus
I returned again tonight to order a large salad I told 4 friends about how yummy the pizza was here plus reasonably priced too ! None of them had heard of this place until today when I was boasting about how happy I was that My cheat meal was SO delicious!
Both times the guys working there seem to be very friendly they look like they're very busy and yet they smile
