Terrible experience between this company and uber eats.
5 items ordered - only 2 showed up.
Of the 2 that showed up (the meatball sub and the chickpea sandwich), neither was actually good.
The meatball sub: looks like it was just some gardein meatballs put into a sub roll with some really lackluster sauce, it absolutely lacked proper flavoring. Also, it is marketed as a 6" sub, I measured at the house and came up with 4" when rounding up.
The chickpea salad sandwich had decent flavors, but wrong proportions. The bread was too thick for amount of chickpea salad that was put on which made the sandwich overly dry - which would've been a great time for me to grab for the smoothie that I ordered that never showed up.
Also, no receipt was provided - if it was, then it would've been evident that food was missing when it walked out the door - and it left me no phone number to call, so now I'm left with piss poor uber support on an issue that could've been dealt with directly with the restaurant.
Although I was excited about a vegan spot in my neighborhood, the experience here was about a 2/10 - will never order...

I have been to the cafe a few times and most recently ordered on Uber eats. I’m not a huge fan of Uber eats because of technical issues and bad experiences with drivers when ordering from other restaurants in the past but I figured I’d try it with Kayway Juice and it was well worth it. Great experience Uber!! Thankfully my order was prompt and taste just the way I like it when going to the cafe.
The owner is always very nice and personable. He always has great new samples to try and is very knowledgeable about vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. I also enjoy that he allows you to customize your drink and gives great advice on healthy additives.

There was 1 cust and he was making her bowl, however I did expect a hello will be with you. Cust svc is big in my book and am willing to give a 2nd chance but my granddaughter thought it was rude and will never go back. Once he acknowledged us he said what do you want.
