Funny the business confirmed the open hours 8 weeks ago, but it's definitely not open 24/7. They close at 10pm or earlier, whether you were there well before closing or not. I pulled up at 20 minutes before 10, third car in line. They only took an order after they finished the last one, and were apparently still unable or unwilling to complete more than one order in that time.
The car ahead of me waited 5 minutes at the speaker before driving off furiously. I pulled up, and the lights and menus all turned off. Yep 10 on the nose. So they dragged it out and ignored paying customers, effectively closing early. There have been times I've gone by at 9pm or even earlier and everything is dark. In two years, I've never managed to even accidentally catch them when they were open by the time I left work for dinner. Good thing this recent experience led me to look up the hours, where I also saw other patron comments.
Don't bother coming here. Other recent reviews really tell about the lack of professionalism and just generally not upholding the brand, let alone even minimal quality. This has apparently been going on for some time, and if District and regional management is lazy enough to let this continue so long, what is there to keep the staff from doing whatever they want? Do you really want to be the one that some loser singles out for a prank or otherwise maliciously tampering with the food?
They aren't even being held to any standards for their operating hours, the most basic of business competence. If they don't care about even that, do you really trust them to care about the quality of what you're putting in your mouth? Think long and hard about all the things that can go wrong without regular maintenance, cleaning and care, then consider they're apparently only there for an easy paycheck with no oversight.
Never here, never again. Better to spend the effort to go across town where they not only stick to their posted hours, but have better hiring standards than just "old enough to...
Read moreI've come through this BK on several occasions during the night (after midnight) and have been served such poor food. Wasn't going to write a review until now. Tonight we came through and used a coupon for 2 Whoppers meal deal.
I specially asked for fresh food because having cold old food has been an ongoing issue during 3rd shift. Today is no exception. We received our food after waiting 27 minutes. The fries were cold and floppy (undercooked) and our burgers were scorching hot (microwaved). I mean everything was scorching hot on the burger, all the cold items were even scorching hot. The cheese melted so much around the bun that it was crunchy. Not to mention, the manager who was working the window and usually does was rude, she refused to say you're welcome when thanked multiple times. I tried to kill her with kindness but she wouldn't crack. Ridiculous and disappointing!
I thought BK was the home of the Whopper, heck no this BK is the Home of the Microwave!
Now for the staff!!! I watched one male staff member (I would have called him gentleman but there was no kindness coming from that guy) get such an attitude and yelled at Doordasher waiting for his customer's order to get back in his car. The door-dasher was going to meet the staff guy at the store door. This Doordasher like myself (I doordash too) had no idea that he was to wait in the car. This is something that should be told when arriving at the store to pick up an order.
On a positive note... Day staff.. they aren't Microwave Kings! The DAY STAFF cook to order with friendly...
Read moreOrdered online and drove just over a mile to pick up my food. Only two cars ahead of me in drive through. No one behind. Waited for the other cars to order. When i got to the speaker I was told to wait. I waited an unusually long while & was eventually told there were still the two orders ahead of me so I would have to wait. Seriously? Two orders had them backed up? I finally told the speaker that I'd ordered online. I was told to go to 2nd window....which is where the cars ahead of me were still waiting for their orders. All the while id waited at the menu board and they hadnt moved! I eventually parked and went inside. Because I'd odered online, the sandwich and onion rings had been sitting there bagged. It was cold when it was handed to me and half the onion rings were in the bottom of the bag. It seems yoh actually get worse service when ordering online. The food gets bagged but we still sit (and sit, and sit, and sit...) in the same line as everyone else so the food is cold & soggy when we finally get it. Both the onion rings & fish sandwich tasted oddly sour & bitter so after a few bites, I threw them out. What an utter failure on your part. In the future, I'll go to the nearby McDonalds, Culvers, Taco Bell, numerous pizza places or the BK on MLK. Do you not notice that your store is part of "fast food row" in this area? Customers have...
