Capital Brewport — Restaurant in Lansing

The girl that was working this morning at 5:30am was extremely rude to my family. We had three seperate experiences. First, my little sister simply said, "Excuse me" to ask her a question, and she looked like my sister was wasting her time and said, "What" and just continued to be rude. Then my dad went and purchased something, and she was very short and acted like he was wasting her time as well. She wasn't helping other costumers either time... The receipt he received says her name is Jessica. Then, I went up to her to ask if they have a price list, and she looked at me with an annoyed face, and asked, "Of what" and I responded, "the things in the store and the food, or just in general?" And she very shortly cut me off and said no. I asked how I was supposed to know any prices and she shorty (and her tone was as if I was very stupid) said that she will scan it. Also, she was on her phone each time.

These were 3 different visits in one morning, and none of us even knew the other had a bad experience until we all were sitting down. We went in seperately. This...

I just went into this establishment for a coffee. The worker told me she couldn’t make any of the specialty coffees as the machine has been broken over a week. Sensing my disappointment, she made a snide remark about having ME fix the machine if I wanted a coffee!! I told her she should have her boss get it fixed and she informed me she was the owner of the restaurant here. I told her then it’s HER RESPONSIBILITY to have a working coffee machine if offering coffee for sale. She tried arguing with me when I politely excused myself.

How dare she tell a patron to fix her coffee machine bc she’s not responsible enough as a business owner to get it fixed? Really disappointed that there’s only ONE restaurant in the Lansing Airport and it’s being poorly operating,...

As I write this I am seated at a table in the Capital Brewport restaurant. The atmosphere is contemporary and spacious, with adequate space between the tables. The gentleman waiting on me and the gentleman at the grill making my meal are so welcoming and polite. I ordered the turkey club minus the ham and bacon. They asked if I would like extra turkey given that I did not want the other meats - how thoughtful!

I just received my sandwich. It has been grilled to perfection and is delicious. I highly recommend when flying into or out of Capital Airport in Lansing, Mi to stop by Capital Brewport, grab some great food, enjoy the full service bar, as well as a warm and...
