Very good on prices and a very friendly staff that will help you find what you are looking for or suggest something new. They always keep me up to date with deals as well, very convenient for me since they are close and just a walk or bike ride away. I have been only going to this for the last couple of years now. I went here on Saturday 11/2 for a pickup order only to find out I was missing 4 pre rolls and got 2 candy bars when I only wanted one of course I didn't want my receipt so I called up there they told me that they could pull up my order and told me what I had is what I ordered and I did the math and came up same price, but even before I left I checked my online order only for it to show I did order the 5 for 20 special and the 3 dollar pre rolls as well, I knew I couldn't go back in there again cause they were closing very shortly after that and phones are not allowed on the sales floor either so I couldn't even prove it. I did notice they had someone working that I have seen in there before, she seemed very lost when looking for products. I go in here at...

This was my 1st time at Botanical Co., & I have got to say that I was very impressed. Impressed by not only the level of customer service, but knowledge of their products from their budtender, also the quality & freshness of their product, which was impeccable. I've been to many other dispensaries & their products do not hold a candle to The Botanical Co's. Products that I've tried. Look no further, because I do highly recommend Botanical Co. to be your permanent destination/shop if your interested in high quality, fresh, & potent flower, it's also great for medicinal purposes. I will definitely be back. I wish I could keep this place a secret but I had to let people know how good this place truly is. You've got to try their weekend specials, but they go quickly, so no procrastinating. Edit; I upped the stars and have an update to my review and it is well deserved. The management at this location actually cares about their customers and I can appreciate that. I’ve worked customer service jobs before and while mistakes happen it’s the recovery that’s important. Members of management reached out to me on multiple platforms and asked me to return, they took care of me well, apologized profusely and professionally and left me with a great experience. To top it off the bud I got from there (Franklin fields) was really nice. I actually will eat my own words because I’ll definitely be back!

Drove across town on Memorial Day after making an online order, only for them to be closed 20 minutes before 5 (holiday hours were 10am to 5pm) would have been my first time purchasing from them but I won’t be returning. At least take down the written sign for your holiday hours when you close early so I can be less peeved that I came this far for you to not be doing your job. A local dealer...
