I wish I could rate my service 0 stars, MRS. O has a massive attitude problem. The whole time I was there she made me feel like I shouldn't be there. That she's too busy to help me or even cut my tomatos up in my protein bowl. I honestly don't care about the tomatoes, but she kept complaining about her job and how I can't have this or that because she is too busy to care. Even when I was asking for things in my salad bowl, she gave me the wrong things. The meat and the veggies. I wanted teriyaki chicken and she gave me regular, while I asked for cucumbers and she gave me green pepper? This employee needs to be fired, I am not surprised there is other reviews saying she is an issue. I will not be ordering there if I see her present. If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time I come to this location they screw me over. Always get a Homerun Ham, which is apparently supposed to have "33% More" meat, hence why is it more expensive than just a basic ham. I order extra ham, and I am charged for it, but yet don't receive it. Plus the half-teaspoon of mayo in one corner is ridiculous. Asked for it to be toasted longer so that way all of the extra meat on it actually gets warm. What do i get is a ham sub with 6 slices of ham, uncut, that is just warmed chewy bread with no toast. So my family and I love this location. I have a big family and they always are friendly and never have a issue making the 5 to 6 subs I get a visit. Tonight was a little different. A nice guy was helping us could tell he was a little nervous but it's cool take your time. There was an older lady also working and she was completely rude yelling at the guy is doing really good.
