We moved up towards here We use to go to 1 place and we were weekly regulars It was like Cheers Which we absolutely loved and I'll admit we'd spend more money because of the services and style of that dispensary But we decided to try going here since the move
Honestly I feel like I have to check out the website before I come in here Know my order before I arrive. I feel like not all the deals are listed inside the store Or it might Because of their Line system It's extremely hard to look at products thoroughly. I'm a medical shopper I do not care about Recreational highs So I like to look at products Especially their terpenes content and things like that But I feel like you can't really do that in here I almost wish they would Have people wait in the Waiting room And have one customer per butender at a time from there Instead of standing in line of 6 people I mean you're still waiting So why not have us sit There are medical & disabled patients that come here too You make them wait by standing and not sitting My mom won't come here because of this, medically she can't stand for that long Also you can't look at anything as soon as you get out of line. People get in front of you And then you feel Kinda rush Once you're in there Giving we're medical users It's a lost opportunity on the budtenders because they don't ever sell us anything Or makes suggestions like other places we've been do. & FYI They don't carry Mac Pharms
I'll also add if you have a zipped up mini backpack on your back They want you to leave it with their front clerk or your car because they don't trust You & You're suppose to Trust that And you'll see chick's with huge open purses around their 1 shoulder Which would be far easier to steal then me taking my backpack off my back and unzipping it And steal what? A shirt? No one likes walking in already feeling like a thief If you don't trust your customers and have them wait in the waiting room So your bud tenders have better eyes on the store & customers And the Waiting room is comfortable so it makes zero sense to me The place is OK...

However, there are a few things I found off-putting about the business itself:
Iām not a fan of businesses that promise incentives for "positive reviews". It makes me question their qualityāafter all, people will do almost anything for something free.
Charging a $3.50 fee for Dutchie Pay feels excessive, especially when other dispensaries donāt do that. I'm 99% sure dutchie doesn't charge the business for using the program.
I order from various places on Dutchie, but I didnāt realize my ID wasnāt updated. I received a vague text asking for a picture of my ID without any context or identification of who it was from. Plus, if you scan my ID in-store, why is it necessary to send a picture later? You could have just called or sent a clear message explaining the situation.
While they do offer good prices and deals, Iām not impressed with their overall...
Ā Ā Ā Read more2 stars because of this very rude manager I have been coming here since it opened have never had a bad experience until today, I bought some concentrate not even a week ago tried it ,it was so harsh and chemical tasting I almost threw up it's was 5 grams. I called they said bring it in they will trade it. I drive there a young rude blonde white guy a "manager" not professional, very rude said oh you tried it we can't do anything if you tried it š¤ I would I know if was garbage if I didn't at least try it . I have always had very pleasant staff interaction and really love this location I have contacted Corp to hopefully fix thus issue this is 100% un-smokable and we spend hundreds and have sent family and friends here. As for this manager he should not work with public ever worst customer...
