Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lansing

I came here last night 05/02/2024 and your drive thru worker was very rude never cursed her out or anything and I used to work for Taco Bell so I know all orders on drive thru are recorded and she got smart with me told me to get out of her line and called the cops! The cops!!! Because I was wondering why I showed up at 1030 and didn’t get my order until 11:20. When I say they were taking care of orders from the drive thru and not getting my door dash to me at all and kept saying it’s too much food to make and they’re not making it and that they didn’t have the tortillas but I seen thousands of orders have the tortillas she needed. I told them I was corporate and the girl said that’s fine you can do that and for mad and called the cops on me lmfao because I was telling on her and she know corporate don’t play when it comes to their customers and workers being absolutely rude!!! I have contacted the bbb for them to come in and investigate that worker as well and DoorDash says if this keeps happening they will take legal steps next as because the contract is not being followed and for Taco Bell to tell me to tell DoorDash if they have any big orders that they will not make them!!!!! A corporate manager definitely needs to take a step in and fire that employee last night. I really want yall to listen to that drive thru recording from 05/02/2024 around 10:40-11 ish. Yall will hear the girl. I understand you can’t get DoorDash orders through drive thru but if they’re handling nothing but the orders in drive thru is absolutely ridiculous for real. That was so wrong that customer got her food almost two hours later. Like that is very very very rude and like I said that employee in the drive they and ones on table needs to be let go. If yall keep them around yall are crazy for real and don’t care about yall customers what so ever. Just because it’s a DoorDash order and it’s big doesn’t mean anything. They were trying to feed their family last night and it was sad when I pulled up to their home with their food they were getting all of their children in the car to go get food. That is a sad experience I ever had because of YOUR TEAM!!!!...

On September 10 2017 at round 10:30am I arrived at the locations drive thru and begin to order I ordered two grand scramblers with no pico at extra potatoes and a dressed naked taco after completing my order I begin to approach the window and waited my turn to arrive at the window at the time of arriving at the window I was notified that it would be a 15 minute wait because it was no eggs available I then asked to drive through individual by the name of Nick who had not had Communications with the line Cooks about shortage of food he began to give me an attitude then told me I can order lunch if I want it if not he would have to take another order and shut the window out in me not completing my order at all to grab his attention I begin to honk my horn as I did that he began to become irate using profanity began to threaten I asked where a supervisor was he said around the parking lot he told me them to go find her because I asked if he was not wearing a headset her name is Courtney Patino is believed to be the store manager he didn't close the window slamming it again and other individual crewmember female begin to approach the window and asked me what could she serviced me with I asked her for the store manager he then continued to yell behind her threatening using obscene language threatening me and my service dog after a few moments the store manager arrived I explain the situation she went ahead and park me and Was preparing my food as I was sitting in the parking lot the drive-thru gentleman by the name of Nick begin to discuss the incident with the vehicle that was behind me and begin pointing at my vehicle and smirking I will never go to this establishment again I will never let my family go here or my friends I will be posting a video about...

I decided to grab some Taco Bell on my way home and needed to move quickly so I drove through the drive through. I got there at about 5:55pm and didn't drive away until about 6:18 pm.

Not only were they slow but when I got up to the window to pay the two men working near the window were joking around and not really doing anything. One asked if I wanted some sauce and I said no thank you. Then the other just kept saying Ma'am do you want some sauce. I said no a few more times and had to stop responding and turn my head away to get him to stop asking me. It was really uncomfortable and rude.

Then when I got home I found cheese and lettuce all over the inside of my bag with no idea where it came from and my mexican pizza was completely wrecked. I have pictures of it because it was really unbelievable.

I always try to be understanding when businesses are slow but this was an awful experience. They don't even have a base line of expectation here and the young male empoloyees who thought it was funny to harrass me should be trained on how to treat customers even if I hadn't been sitting there for 20 minutes.
