Subway — Restaurant in Lansing

The most rude girl I have ever met in my life works there. My husband went yesterday and didn’t have a mask, there is no sign on the door stating a mask is required. He told her he had a medical condition and she has the nerve to ask him what his condition is. NOT LEGAL. Mind you she wears her mask under her nose. She laughed in my husbands face and told him to leave. Today I go to get my daughter a wrap and again her mask is under her nose and she tells me to stop whispering. I tell her I’m not whispering I have a mask on and she starts laughing and being super rude. It’s disgusting that she won’t pull her mask up and even worse that she is soooo rude to customers. Called the manager and corporate since she obviously hates her job. It’s sad that we normally go there once or twice a week but have a bad experience twice now and will drive the extra 5 miles to go to the...

Fantastic Subway to go to! The workers there, lady and a gentleman, were very kind and doing a great job juggling pick-up orders and walk-in customers (in my opinion as someone who has worked retail). When I asked for "lots" of something, they didn't get skimpy with it, and if you get a chance to try the footlong peppermint cookie/brownie thing, GET IT!!! They warm it just as you're checking out so it's melted and oh my word it's delicious! It was very clean inside and pretty quiet for how small it is. The ONLY reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because it's one of the locations not equipped to serve icees (was really in the mood for one). Absolutely no fault of the employees nor a reflection of their service....just something I truly enjoy from Subway if it could eventually be at all locations....pretty...

Upon asking if they still had eggs(it was dinner time) i was told yes by the other employee, the gentlemen applied the ham and the girl went to grab the egg and there was none left. I let them know ill take a meatball instead and instead of them switching meats, they took the "messed up sub" and put it aside while telling me "no worries this wont go to waste". Then proceeded to send me to the back of the line and made me wait again for the guy to make a brand new sandwich. I had already waited for 6 people and had to wait for another 3 people. Btw im 8 months pregnant and she made everyone in the lobby uncomfy(going off the disbelief in their faces), including the guy she was working with. All because she wanted the other sub for herself.
