First visit ever 7/21/2025 Ordered the barria tacos - shells were so crispy which I loved a the beef was so flavorful and yummy. 5/5

Came back 7/22/25 Ordered the nachos Al carbon 2/5 Was just decent I liked the chorizo - the steak was not so good tough pieces to chew ligament in meat was hard to break down and the grilled chicken looked like dark meat - the whole thing lacked flavor Wanted to try the barria again bc it was amazing so came back 7/23/2025 Ordered the barria It was waaaaaaay less crispy almost kind of soft - the shells like it wasn’t grilled as long as the first time and it lacked the same bursting flavor as 2 days ago. I didn’t like it today.

Also the chips I ordered on side most of them were BROWN as if they re dropped them into grease , did not like.

Also asked for no cheese on my son’s beans as he’s allergic - they put cheese. I got there at 12:50 pm and there was no line - no one else there. This visit 1/5

Today was my first time here. I ordered corn tortilla ground beef tacos, menudo, taco de lengua, chips/salsa and Enchilada dinner.

Everything was PERFECT!! We were so hungry and the scent coming from their truck was insane! 🤤

The tacos were FULL of ground beef, wrapped in 2 warm corn tortillas. Each were individually wrapped! The tortillas were not fried. They were warm and soft. You are also given a container of sliced lime with chopped cilantro. Perfect on the tacos. The rice was soft and FLUFFY! I was SOOOO full from 1 taco and rice & beans, I haven't tried the menudo or the taco de lengua yet. I will report back tomorrow.

The young man who takes your order is on point!! I got everything that I ordered. It is made on the spot and the wait was worth it! Homemade salsa too. My friend ordered the enchilada dinner. That comes with 3 enchiladas, rice/beans. I haven't asked her about her dinner, but I will assume that it was excellent.

I definitely will go back!! No question about it. Next time I will take...

The food truck was good, but not as flavorful as we expected from the photos. We tried Nachos Carbon, 3 Birria Taco meal, and the Carne Asada meal. The birria and asada were both very oily and the flavors were not very rich and a little bland. Not bad, and better than others, but not amazing. The flavors didn't pop like we expected. Maybe nees salt? The nachos were very flavorful. The combination of flavors from the toppings were on point. My guess is they are catering to a diverse crowd and toning things down a bit. Not many authentic places offer a hot and mild sauce. BTW the hot (red) sauce is on fire... literally.. and the mild (green) sauce was very good. The parking lot they are in and the couple picnic tables in the sun make for a less than atmospheric experience....
