Horrible!! Two customers had a full blown argument that could have led to a fight when it all could have been avoided if the workers would have properly controlled their lines and the worker passing out food didn't have 5 cars wait for 6 minutes because the 1st car had a problem with his order. There are parking spots right on side of the right lane where he could have pulled if need be. When you pull through, both workers was in one lane talking, so everyone pulled to the lane they were in. When there should have been one worker per lane controlling the flow. So now, we are all in one lane waiting behind the 1st car while those with food is getting cold, while car #7 and so on drive right up, get their food, and drive off. Oh!! not to mention, you are out of bacon and three other items that can't be ordered. Please let workers from another location help out with training because you almost had to call the police to the one in Laplace location around 7:10 this morning, while the same two workers came from their area to watch what was going on, when it all...
Read moreI placed an order through my app for carry out on 6/1/2022, I arrived to the store (LaPlace, LA) 15-20 min later; my order of course wasn't ready. There was about 5 employees in the front counter: one cleaning 2 seems to be some kind of manager since they were wearing stripped shirts, 2 at the register. Not a single employee acknowledged me, no one great anyone like they usually do at other chick- fil-a. I stood there for about 5 minutes looking around trying to see where I need it to pick up my order. No one asked " do you need any help?" Nothing .... not a single word. 2 or 3 min later the guys with the stripped shirt called my name and got my order, I said thank you and he didn't even said "my pleasure" once again not a word out his mouth. My mac and cheese seems like it a left over no melted cheese on it nothing. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THERE... GO TO POPEYES, CHURCH, MCDONALD'S .... Read moreI had a curbside order for about 4 different meals. I confirmed I was in the parking lot at 11:38AM and waited for them to bring it to my vehicle when ready. I waited until 12:28PM to try and call because I still did not receive my order. Four times I called and each time it said the phone number was disconnected. So I go to drive through and they tell me yes they have my order? Okay I wait another 10 minutes in drive through and they lady that gave me my food said they tried calling me but my phone went to voicemail. Why are they trying to call me? Anyways I get my order that was short on Fry’s, short on drinks, and had no sauce. So I had to eat a dry a ss sandwich.
