Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in LaPlace

It's so sad that you have All those employees and they can't get your order right back in the eighties I was a employee of Popeyes and we never had that problem I order my food for me and my Lil son they didn't have mild chicken so I guess it was the manager told the man that was doing the frying to drop a stove of mild chicken twenty minutes past I heard that same manager where is the mild chicken the guy Mr Lee is waiting for his order oh you didn't drop it now he have to wait twelve more minutes OK twelve minutes later she came back to the table myself and my Lil son was sitting at right by the door and you could hear everything that stove wasn't drop also so she came to the table and said do you want chicken nuggets instead I said OK waited an additional fifteen minutes for that so she gave me a three piece spicy I got home just live three blocks away nuggets is cold chicken is old and it was horrible if that's what you working with you guys are in trouble and I gotten old chicken before but you guys had better people working for you in the early eighties and lesser employees and my name is Mr Lee Bridges and I'm sixty two years old and if you think I'm exaggerating take a look at your camera Wednesday eaving around about six and seven...

Popeyes in LaPlace will NEVER get my service again. I will drive to Timbuktu to a Popeye's before I go to Popeyes in LaPlace. I ordered a 4 piece combo with extra fries and a extra biscuit for my grandparents. Once getting home we noticed the fries and chicken were so greasy and it wasn't normal greasy as chicken would be IT WAS DRENCHED as if the chicken was already under the hot light and they dipped it back into the grease to get it hot again🤢 so I called Popeye's that night someone picked up the phone and left the phone off of the hook so now every time I would call I would get the busy tone. Fast forward to the next morning I called and spoke with the manager and I was told they cannot replace my meal because I would have to bring the meal back the same day but being that I live nowhere near that Popeyes and I kept getting the busy tone each time I called I wasn't going to leave out of my house at night to make a blank trip when they can't even answer the phone.........Never again will I get Popeyes chicken from the LaPlace...

Today's visit was a drive-through visit. When i approached the line, i was 7th. It's a pretty lengthy line but not unusual for any popeyes. The line moved at a steady pace. I don't drink sodas, so I typically order the dinner. I was told that this location does not sell dinners. It's either the full combo or they ring everything up separate. Okay, not a problem! I asked the order taker to just give me a bottle of water as my drink. Yall, this lady got such an attitude with me for nothing. She got my order wrong and would not allow me to make the corrections. The lady got off the speaker n refused to respond. When i drove around to the window, it was not the same person that took my order.
