#CoronaVillage is a Mexican restaurant that is highly reviewed in Google, Yelp! and Trip Advisor: the virtual trifecta of positivity. The restaurant did not disappoint. We started with the usual Mexican standard of #ChipsAndSalsa they make their salsa with a special blend of spices, and fresh produce which makes it very tasty. They also fry the Chips fresh. For drinks I began with a delicious #CoronaVillageMargarita that I Mucho Sized This Margarita is made with Corona Villages signature margarita mix and is available in many flavors including lime (original), mango, strawberry, watermelon, kiwi, banana, peach, orange, raspberry, blackberry, melon, jalapeño, and pineapple of course I went with the luscious #RaspberryMargarita My husband opted for a #PineappleMojito Rum vigorously shaken with pineapple flavor infused into this twist on the classic Mojito which he thought was a bit on the sweet side but it worked. I loved the giant size of drinks for a decent price. We then shared a plate of #ChickenTaquitos Two crispy flour tortillas rolled and stuffed with chicken and Jack cheese. Garnished with tomatoes and cheese. Served with sour cream and guacamole it was a very yummy Appetizer. For mains we went with a variation on a favorite dish Pollo a la Crème called #PolloCostaBlanca Strips of chicken breast sautéed with carrots, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions in their light creamy jalapeño sauce. Served over rice, with Rancho beans and salad it was very tasty and the jalapeño sauce was amazing. We went with another favorite #ChileVerde Chunks of tender pork cooked to perfection in a mild green tomatillo sauce with green peppers, onions, and spices. It was a Very well executed dish. Wonderful flavor. We then shared for dessert #DeepFriedIceCream A vanilla ice cream ball covered in their special crunch coating and then deep fried. Served with strawberry topping and cream. It was a hearty, delicious meal. Attentive, informed and well-paced service made it altogether a 5-star dining experience. I Look forward to a return visit to Corona Village Mexican Restaurant when we are in town. #coronavillagewyoming...

Place looked great, they were very busy when we went in, was expecting things to be awesome. My food made me sick, got a chimichanga that was full of PINK CHICKEN, my husband's was as well except he didn't eat it there we took it home. He got sick on a incredibly greasy burrito, I used an entire napkin to sop up the grease off his plate and there was more. My enchilada was ok atleast but when I dug into my chimichanga I ended up eating atleast 1/3 of it and then realized why it my chicken bright pink????? Thought it may be sauce or seasoning until I found perfectly white chicken (see pictures). You can also see more of the pile of grease shining off his plate at the top of the picture. This was after we sopped it up with a soaked paper towel. Maybe this was just a bad day because this place has good reviews but our experience was absolutely terrible. They brought one little bowl of sauce for us both and we had to get a refill 4 times and wait a long time between, don't want us asking for more more more maybe bring 2 of your tiny cups instead of one. Very dissapointed, will not be back. Would've complained while we were there except for getting dirty looks when I was pulling apart my chimichanga to look at the chicken, instead of being asked if everything was ok I was just ignored and looked at from afar. Like ok...... Cool bathrooms though, got to spend quite a while in...

I can maria the bartending lady tonight was absolutely amazing. We had to wait to be seated and she got the while family something to drink. When we finally got seated it was a waited to gwt a server over to wait in us. We were never asked by this server if we wanted anything to drink she walked over asked if we were ready to order. We didn't get all we ordered but it was not on reciept either. When she came back to ask if we needed anything we asked for salt which she never brought. We asked a waitwr walking by if we could get salt which he brought right away. I walked to the bar again to get a drink as the waitress still never asked if we wanted a drink. I asked Maria to hold the cash I gave her in case we wanted another drink as the waitress didn't seem to want to wait on us . Thr waitress finally came back asked if we needed boxes we said no and she left and promptly came right back with our ticket. If only her customer service was that prompt would of made this a much better visit. I will say the food was good and the bartender Maria went above and beyond. Thanks Maria for being the best part of the customer experience tonight. I'd rate lower for the poor service the waitress gave us, but I can't take away the service we got from...

I returned to Laramie after almost 9 years and thought maybe trying new places. This place came up with good reviews. Unfortunately it was nowhere next to a decent place. I ordered steak jalapeño special of day and the meat was tasting weird, leathery and chewy, and absolutely bland. It also had a grayish color to it which I don’t know why! I stopped eating after a couple of bites. We also had another dish which was veggie. Tasted good but it was so greasy. Based on experience, Mexican food should be hot and spicy but there were no spice to the food other than the jalapeño they added and also charged for that tiny bit!!! No hot sauces on table. It took us ages to order and get the order. And after getting the food we were not asked if we need anything else. After I let the lady know that my food is bad, they returned to me almost 15 minutes later and asked me if they can offer anything instead! Portion was just ok and price was relatively high. I’m not sure if yesterday was their bad day or just my luck! I would probably not be back in WY anytime soon but I think it’s good to have it here for others to know. The gentleman was very polite though but definitely place needs a round of more professional ppl to serve food. I wish them good luck!
