I placed an order online and it hadn't shown up after an hour. I called, thinking it may have been left at the wrong house/somewhere I didn't see it. I talked to Jen who was super nice and apologetic and she said they were running behind. My order showed up within 10-20 min of calling and included a sample of their new ice cream and a few extra cookies, as well as a hand written note apologizing for the wait. Walked in after placing an order. The girl working moped around like she hated her job. After telling her I had a mobile order she swore and ran to the back. Came out a few minutes later to say “about your order. I forgot to make it” and ended up not being able to get most of the things I ordered.
