Horrible fing customer service. If you are open you should not tell a customer they can't have something that is on your menu. I waited in line to be told they would not make any petzel dogs. Mind me Im 7 months pregnat I made it clear I understood I'd have to wait. It seems just to avoid taking long they refused to make them. I have managed restaurants before and I know that the worst thing you can do as a manager, is refuse to sell a product on your menu to customers in the store...

Very young inexperience staff, lines are always long and kids at the register always have questions or problems running simple transactions.
