Bolillos Cafe Central — Restaurant in Laredo

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. Veronica took our order and didn't put it in. She never came to talk to us and let us know what happened. She didn't even apologize. We sat there for 45 minutes. I cannot believe she charged us for drinks ($7.31 for 3 drinks). I'll never even order from Cakeland after this. I came to this location because someone commented about poor service at the other location. I cannot imagine it being any worse than what I witnessed. Mistakes happen but Veronica didn't come over to the table to explain nonetheless apologize. She wrote down our order and repeated it back to us. I saw her motioning over to our table while talking to the busboy (who was very nice by the way.) We had to walk up to the counter and ask her because she was going to just leave us sitting there. She attended tables around us continuously and never checked on us or our order. She said there were a lot of pick up orders. So how is that only our order wasn't put in? And how did she not realize her mistake or apologize for it? She was extremely rude. Thanks for ruining a meal.

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I had placed an order for my favorite dish and when it came back wrong I simply asked if it could be fixed. Then waiter came to my table and spoke to me in an incredibly rude and disrespectful manner, completely ruining the meal. Talking about how next time I should order it how others order it. There was no reason for the tone or attitude—just unprofessional and downright nasty.

I have never felt so uncomfortable in a dining setting. Instead of feeling like a valued guest, I was made to feel unwelcome and embarrassed in front of others. Management did nothing to address the situation, which only made it worse.

I will never return and would strongly caution anyone considering this place. No food is worth being treated like that. It’s sad because this is where me and my friends...

Just got out of eating lunch at Bolillo's, food was delicious but service was lacking. It started of well but once my son and I received our food, the server never came back to check if we needed anything else. As a matter of fact, maybe the server was cut off the floor or left because I didnt see her anymore, in that case I understand but she couldve passed on my table to another server. I ended up having to stand up and ask the man at the counter for napkins, a glass of water and 2 slices of cakes that I also ended up ordering and I made him aware about the fact that our server never went back to check on us.
