I do not recommend this place for any cakes, worsed place ever to get a Birthday cake from, you ask for one thing and they give you another, I even show them how i wanted like the original picture in black and white with grey , the grey is darker. This was supposed to be a grey and white buttercream cake this came out as light blue with glitter, i ask for a Edible picture of the Helm ( boats wheel)i send it as shown on the picture and they place on the cake a different one, I ask for a strawberry filling expecting strawberry and all it was strawberry jelly. (Littery). I ask for the Happy Birthday to be written at the bottom of the cake and was placed on top where I was going to put the cake topper. This looked like a baby shower cake instead of a 7 year old Boy. I had to put the topper on top on the Happy Birthday and get candles and do the name on paper. I called this place which the person that attends the phone is so disrespectful and has no customer service training, ask for a manager or the person that does the cake and was not there i had to call another place to get to have someone help. I was offered to get it fix and just decided i will not get it fix since the party was supposed to start at 6 and they answer back at 5:40pm. As well i ask to get a refund or at least a partial they did not want to do that not even fix it at first . Cake tasted horrible bread was so dry, Im so dissatisfied with the person that took my order since she knew how i wanted it and she was the person that did...

¡¡Bola de gente inútil!! Stale over baked bread and horrendous service. Why do they have such a high rating, is beyond me. This place should have a one star rating. They are way past their prime. These incompetent, and useless people had given us a price on a wedding cake. The lady at the counter gave us a very good price and had us write the order on a post it, not on a business PO, no, on a plain post it. And she said that the note would be there pinned on the counter for the other shifts to know what price we were given. We go 2 days later to pay the order, and they say that no one had any idea what we were talking about. Little did these clowns knew, I had taken a pic of the note. But even then, they didn't want to honor the price they had given us. Don't buy bread here. It's old, dirty and the bread is dry and over baked. Demand better and thing will start getting better. If we're complacent with all these mediocre businesses, they will continue to...

Y'all, the amount of sweet bread choices they have is amazing! Self-serve and spacious to walk through and pick what you'd like. Cookies, pan dulce, variety of drinks, mini pan dulce, cakes, homemade tortillas, and plenty more to pick from. Small, comfy sitting area. Not sure if it's open, though. Please ask.

Their bread is always fresh and always a good portion. Good prices.
