From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine willingness to make my experience the best it could be. WILLING TO HELP--The Burger Combo was good; how hygieniclly prepared? I don't know. I was upset that all the tables showed a card informing that tables had been sanitized, but were not. I asked a lady if any table could be cleaned for me and she said Mario is in charge of the tables but he was not around. As I sat at a table to eat my burger, an elderly guy came in, and, I said, "Mario?", He said, "yes?", I said, "Should, we, customers care about the cleanliness of the tables especially when they are dirty and this card says they were sanitized". He said, "yes, I am the manager I apologize, I will send someone to clean them. I said, "Mario, I was informed you are in charge of cleaning all the tables?" Went around 9:37 pm. Placed an order for pick up, when I drove up to the window I was given my drinks but missing one. I let the one at the window know, she seemed like a manager. Well she got bothered, when I let her know. She had me park in front , had me wait 30 minutes. She then brought my order, I checked it and noticed I was missing a burger and fries. I went back inside to let her know, the moment she saw me , she made a face. I told her what I was missing and she insisted it was in the bag. I gave her my receipt and told her to check the bag.
