McDonald's — Restaurant in Laredo

What ever they are doing with the fries it needs to be corrected, tastes like yesterday's fries just reddipped in oil, always soggy and chewy. Ive been trying to give them a chance but it's been failure after failure. They will not get your order right half of the time, they can barely speak English, they will take their sweet time taking, or giving you your order. The people there have no sense of urgency, they have no sense of direction within the store and more than likely in life. I say they (Mcdonalds) destroy this store and move on, this location is not doing anything good for the company. No exaggeration when I say the worst McDonalds I've ever been to and that's a reliable worst, they make sure to uphold that standard consistently. This is entry level stuff and they cant even do that, I'm talking day one stuff. If any of you who work there are reading this, your life is destined for a whole lot of nothing if you can't get this work right, you can try and play it off but you'll think back to this review and see I knew what I was talking...

This is more of a rant about this place. The people who work at any McDonalds kind of already don’t care. I’d know, I worked there. About themselves or anything. This one specifically, is the worst in town. Bad service, I’d know, I worked there. There’s a leaderboard of all the McDonalds in kitchen for quality check, the one in mines is always at the bottom.

Food is stale. Which sucks cuz I love McDonald’s.

Worst thing, I DoorDash a lot for extra cash. They can never fix their system during the night. It’s been years, and so many orders go by their way and they can never do them. I always have to cancel their order. I’m sure they just want another excuse to be lazy and do nothing. How hasn’t this been fixed? How are they not annoyed by every dasher that comes by and have to explain “system is down”… oh cuz they’d rather do nothing than fix it. Yeah, I forgot.

I’m sure the owner loves the fact his employees and even managers are so content with mediocrity. How has this been a problem for a year already and nothing...

Just went to buy food and was parked after getting the soft drinks. Waited around 8 minutes while there were no cars in drive thru. So we waited for our food hoping it would be nice & fresh. Once we got our order the fries were soggy, very gross and when we got home our burgers and nuggets were disgusting. This is not the first time this happens but it seems we will be driving farther to another location for better service and quality. The McDonald's here need to train their employees on customer service. I've been to other McDonald's in other cities and they're never rude to customers or rushing us when ordering. I completely understand we are not perfect everyone is different and McDonald's is busy at all times. Managers please take care of employees so they can treat customers right.
