Love the brisket taquitos plate they sell after 6:30pm. So far in trying different places,these by far are the best in my opinion as are their charro beans. Plate has 4 taquitos in either corn or flour or mixed, charro beans and aguacate salsa and a cold canned drink. It's $6 but you can add taquitos if you like if you're more hungry. Always fresh and great quality! You can call in your order and pick it up curbside too! I live in Corpus Christi but always look forward to come and get me some Rolando's taquitos each visit as CC doesn't have anything...

Immediately as you enter Rolandos you get a home vibe from it. It lacks in decor, but I'm not here for the sights. I'm here for their amazing food. The tacos are about the size of a new born child. The plates are massive. You really get a bang for your buck, and the service is phenomenal. Very attentive and curtious. It's my go to place for an amazing meal during my lunch hour. Definitely...

It's a great place I take my family to this restaurant to eat the best food.,tacos,enchildas, fritada and gizado de cabrito. Excellent staff great service, and they have Mexican Cokes.
