I am writing this message with hope of further action from Starbucks. I live in Laredo Texas and recently we went from having 2 Starbucks locations and 2 target Starbucks to getting added 2 more open actual locations so in total now 4 Starbucks alone and 2 at target in total 6. Ever since there was this increase in Starbucks I order from the one on Saunders in Laredo or the one on Del Mar. I became an app user because of the convenience. Days like msg month when you had 50% off Wednesdays and thursdays like today when you have the boho on fall drinks are inconsistent with the app.
For example last month on Wednesdays I had ordered my VENTI drink before hand of arriving at the drive thru window. To my surprise there was a “out of venti cups” sign at the window… so I can imagine ALL the like behind me wasn’t going to be able to order venti but yet my venti cup was given to me?! That was a straight up lie in the Saunders location trying to be shady and not giving out venti cups because of the 50%, maybe trying to save money? I get you might loose money with this sale but they should take it up with their corporate or franchise take it to corporate because it is not fair to the customers, if the corporate office can do this sale and apply it to the app why can’t they follow this? I think that was wrong and want to know if they can even lie like that when there’s sales?!
Today I noticed something again in the app. I wanted to order at 12:37pm on my app the fall line up to take advantage of the BOGO, to my surprise and such a coincidence ALL the fall drinks are sold out at this Del Mar and Saunders locations?! What bothers be the most is that this are the newest stores in town… why would they already start building these shady and lying habits? Is it coming from the managers? The owners? What big man part of the leadership is double crossing the regular customers like myself and all the other Laredo Starbucks aficionados?

The blonde roast was filled with coffee grounds, my cold brew had hardly any cold foam and looked/tasted nothing like a cream cold brew and my son said the sandwich was inedible. When he informed me of the coffee grounds, I took it back to get another. I should have done so with my whole order but I didn't as I had already drank a quarter of mine before my son raised complaint. Read moreMy experience of this establishment was quite dismal. First of all they had a fly in the food display at the front counter. I told the barista Nick that there was a fly inside the food display and he said we don’t sell those. Those are only display. I commented back that it does not look well for the company to have flies on their food display, and he said that he could not do anything about it. I told him he could just get the fly out, but there’s nothing he could do. Overall, I am very disappointed in this establishment.
